One of my favorite places on Zakynthos. I love the beach, the place, the bar and the restaurant - family owned, friendly and delicious. Sunbeds on the beach (15-20€) or on the grass (free if you spend 35€ on food/drinks there) and great bathrooms. Everyone is kind and helpful. I love Plaka, and would definitely recommend!!

The food is OK but not worth mention it. On the other hand the price of the food is really high (for this quality and quantity). Regarding the service I only can tell that the older guy (maybe the boss) is really not friendly and the friendliness of the you guy can’t compensate this.

Tja wat zullen we er van zeggen. Het eten was gewoon niet te hachelen. Patat was rauw. Een hamburger zonder broodje en dat niet vermelden. De salade was oke. De ober die de bestelling op nam, had er ook vrij weinig zin in. Ik vind het ook knap hoe je een milkshake zo kan verpesten, het leek wel of er poeder met water was gemengd? Een enorm gemiste kans, want het strand is prachtig. Jammer dat we hier moesten eten. Tip rij naar Banana beach.

Evening ruined by extremely bad service. The older gentleman that greeted us was lovely but the other waiter, middle aged male with dark hair green T-shirt and shorts was extremely rude. He talked down to us at the table and was very forceful and intimidating. We hadn’t all finished eating and he was clearing the plates of those who had which we found very intrusive. When the bill arrived we saw that a meal of sardines that came with salad had been charged an extra 7 euro for the salad even though it was supposed to be part of the meal. The food was nice but everything was ruined by the awful service given...

Andreas was a great host! We visited the restaurant 5x times during our 10-day stay in Vasilikos. The restaurant is planning to introduce a separate plant based menu in the future which is great news! There are some good vegan options now or entrees which can be veganized. Make sure to try the bruschetta, mushrooms and the cucumber & tomato salad with capers. Super delicious! I’m looking forward to the new vegan options...

The place is great the food is not good at all. Besides small portion the taste is not good, I would not advise to eat. Greasy and not fresh.

The guy in restaurant is very nice and polite but the guy in the bar is not that friendly.

The place is great to stay at the day, chairs or you pay 35 consumption or 20 not consumption. Clean bathroom and nice outside showers.
