RUDE STUFF AND POOR SERVICE. We regret choosing this bar. The business owner was terribly rude to me and my friend for not sitting on their beach chairs, and preferring to go directly for a swim. As a matter of fact I never use beach chairs, as I prefer sitting directly on the sand. That has never been a problem in the past, as I always make sure I buy coffees or ice creams from the bar. However, this time at Vrachos, as I was on my way to the bar the business owner stopped me and started a tantrum about how rude I was for not renting a chair, while I was parking in their premises 'without paying a parking fee' (mind that the parking was free of charge, and it was also nearly empty as by the time we arrived it was past 6pm). A bit shocked and before I could even utter a word, he showed me the exit, insisting I leave, and turned his back to me. Needless to say, we didn't buy anything from the bar and left.
Why I leave this review?

Dear sir, There is no misunderstanding as to which beach bar we visited. The beach bar owner, a white male in his 50s, was standing in the lawn just before the beach chairs, watering the grass, when me and my friend passed by, on our way to the bar, when he started shouting at both of us. Hope that jogs...
Read moreVrahos Beach Bar is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you’ve left. Perched above the coast, the panoramic views of the ocean are absolutely breathtaking and make the perfect backdrop for a long, lazy afternoon. It’s run by two brothers who were the most welcoming hosts we met on the island – warm, genuine and clearly passionate about what they do. The menu may look simple at first glance, but every dish we tried was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Fresh ingredients, beautifully prepared, and enjoyed with that incredible sea view – it really doesn’t get better. A true hidden gem in Zakynthos that we’ll be coming back to...
Read moreGreat service and food for a snackbar! They offer reasonable prices and surprisingly delicious food. Honestly I don't see anything different from a proper restaurant, besides having a lot of open space to sit.
We were served by the most humble and friendly employee we have seen in Greece to date. Great guy, really made our evening.
The food was great as well. The chicken nuggets were delicious and were served with a portion of tasty, spiced fries. Better fries than the restaurants themselves.
If you happen to spend €12 or more, you can also use the palapa and sunbeds on the beach for free. Great place to lunch and relax...
