Bad food. Had Cameron pasta, it was more like a soup. A least one cup liquid sauce. Room service inexistant. Stated 10 days. At first all I had on my bed was a matelas cover. No Sheets!!! Insisting for sheets they were looking at me like I was an alien. changes sheets. Finally had sheets. In 10 days, I had to beg for replacement towels. They never came to clean room in 10 days. Had to pay for small bottles of water. Small 625 ml water bottles sold for 10q when beer is 15. I asked for a bucket of ice and the refused because it was not a priced item. So why in the heck would you crank music from 7P until 2A on Fri/Sat when there is clearly no people there!? Year after year - Geezus we are trying to sleep around here. If you had actual customers, I would understand. Most I’ve seen during the raging loud night music is 2 people. Only a guess but likely employees?
