Café Dorado Atitlán — Restaurant in Santiago Atitlán

So... I am only giving this Cafe a 2 out of 5 because their staff seem like nice people and their Crepes were absolutely delicious. But folks... I have to tell it to you the way it is. In their Menu they have this Nachos and Super Mix that looks absolutely delicious as well. Suddenly... when we got our order... we ended up getting this plate instead. I explained to the manager and wanted him to understand... these these two plates are ABSOLUTELY DIFFERENT. He explained to me that they weren't. That the only difference was the lack of cream as they had ran out of it. Are you kidding me? I said... look at the ingredients from your menu. The vegetables, the meat.... his response... "Well, we also have meat... it's got chicken. But in the end, it's really the cream that is lacking" He really didn't see the difference. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't losing it so I shared the images with some friends and they all laughed at the circumstance. So folks... when you go over their food in the menu... MAKE SURE... they give you what you ordered for. And tell them... if the food you bring to me... does NOT look like this image... I am NOT PAYING FOR IT. Good Luck;) Heh, heh... oh... but do try the Crepes. Without exaggeration... the crepes are fantastic;) We ended up ordering 3 plates of it. They did a great job on it. It's just the Nachos Mix....

Charming place with half-open top floor, comfortable and colourful furniture. We ordered smoothies but got grandad made with juice from the store (we literally so the guy buying the juice in the tienda across the street).
