Came here for dinner. The hotel is well kept and has a nice view. The waiters deliver good and attentive service. We ate part of our meal because we were hungry otherwise it would have been used to feed the stray dogs. Some of our ribs were raw, which was very disappointing. Also, it is CASH ONLY which we were not warned nor is it posted anywhere so we were embarrassed for wanting to pay with card. Overall, I don't recommend...

El peor servicio q e tenido en lago atitlan en algunos 10 años. No puedo creer la falta de capacitación q tienen los meseros en un restaurante q parece tan bonito y profesional. Zero atención y 10 minutos para recibir la cuenta desd q la pidi. Estaba tan enojado con la pobre muchacha, pero no es su culpa q no tiene ayuda y está trabajando casi sola.
