The service was excellent when we arrived. Zamboni himself brought change to cover my tuktuk fare. Later, I had to go looking for the waitress once, but generally the service was good. My son enjoyed his French fries. His hambuguesa con carne was not made with ground meat. It was made with a cut that was 75% gristle. I got the special, a large plate named after Zamboni. Escribo este comentario con 45 de fiebre porque fue a comer al Zamboni ahier. Ya probé enseñar el cocinero como cocer carne, pero todavía no lo logra. Los franceses y los gringos sabemos mejor como hacer.

Te voy a enseñar eso otra vez:

1. la razón porque comamos carne azul, es porque CURAMOS EL ANIMAL POR 1 MES O 2 después matar lo.

Asi, la carne YA ESTA COCIDA por el proceso de curado de la carne. Por eso somos capac de hacer steaks de 2 pulgadas servido azul. 2) Porque su carne no esta curada, las últimas 3 veces que fue a comer, yo pedi MEDIO cocido, es la unica manera de hacer que este mala carne tiene un poco de sabor. Pero usted me lo servio AZUL OTRA VEZ. La carne FRIA, cruda, también la grasa - cruda y fria. Por eso, sel mes pasado, la llevé y la hay cocido mas en mi casa.

3. Un steak tiene que pasar por suficiente calor por tocar el centro, si no, LAS BACTERIAS SE DESAROLLAN. Por eso cocemos la carne a muy ALTA TEMPERATURA POR POCI TIEMPO.

AHORA ESTOY EN LA CAMA CON FIEBRE, Y PERDI 300$ POR NO PODER TRABAJAR HOY. Era la última vez que doy un chance a este restaurante, ya no lo voy...
