Tokyo restaurant — Restaurant in Budapest

Have been at this restaurant a few times before covid, and wanted to have lunch here again.

We were in the restaurant for a total of 3 minutes due to the unwelcoming, rude style of a staff member.

We walked in, greeted them, and got only stares from the staff. A lady showed us a table, I asked if we could perhpas sit elsewhere, and she said something I didn't understand as she was not facing us when talking to us. I asked again, and she said just a "No" very rudely, scoldingly. She told us we needed to book tables for that, which would be perfectly okay if presented in a different style. Not sure how booked the restaurant was in advance, during that time, only 1 table was occupied in the whole restaurant.

Then she asked if we knew the rules, to which I answered I'm not sure what she meant but we have been here a few times and know how it generally works. She told us it's 8000 HUF per person (which I knew, we checked the website) and it's for two hours. This part I didn't hear again as she was already walking off when saying this. We asked back and asked when they have changed this. She told us that it's always been this duration and never been for longer. Which is not true, as we have been here before.. Again, if she were to tell us that they had to do it due to rising prices or whatever, it would have been fine. The issue was that she was just so rude.

I just thanked her for her time and we left, would not have felt right leaving any money there. Just felt told off the whole time. Food was in the past good, not sure about now,...

Sorry in advance for my weak English skill. I have visited this restaurant few days ago with my colleague. The place is not huge but it was clean and wasn't that noisy (not like other busy restaurant like Wasabi or Itoshi). We had a reservation for lunch. Simple All You Can Eat with trail system and with good price / value rate. Although the food variaty is kinda simple. We couln't find any clam or shrimp on the trail. About 1 hour later the waiter served us clam and shrimp for 1 portion / person. I understand that this is not a high class japan restaurant, but they could at least put a few amount on the trailer too. Oh and about the waiter. The waiter guy seemed very annoyed and when we asked for more tea or drink he replied "okok, I come back later" with a slight rude mood. One more important information: as my colleague told me, If I want to visit this restaurant again, I should pick a busy day, when its more crowded, because when there are not many guests the food variety will be poorer. I will visit this restaurant again with my friends because of the fair price and "not...

Extremely rude !!! I went there because I wanted to have dinner by myself, cause my friend was sick and I was in Budapest alone. The waiter was looking at me from head to toes while I was sitting and placing my stuff on the table that was empty. And he is like how can I help you ? I said I just wanted to try the food.
