My expectations were high because I read a dozen of the newest reviews.

The venue needs a good scrubbing (the door to the WC is sticky etc.)

The appetiser and main course came at the same time though I was the only diner in the restaurant.

The vegan spring rolls are nice but I would prefer to find some herbs and a sauce other than the industrial chilly sauce.

The tofu vegetable was a typical stir fry you get in Chinese take away eateries.

It was missing key ingredients Vietnamese cuisine is famous for (ie sprouts, lime, shallots, coriander etc.)

The rice was probably cooked two or more hours ago but if this was done in a rice cooker the lid seems to have been left open and so it was not remarkable.

They are a lovely couple with a very sweet little girl but a Vietnamese restaurant that can't provide fresh chilli and that the choice of beers is limited to only Dreher and Heineken means I won't eat...

Watch out! The price on the menu is not the price you pay. Thank God for the two wonderful and beautiful girl childs, those 60 minutes of waiting for the pho passed entertaining 😍 It was the 20th of August which is a national holiday for us, Hungarians, but still, we had to wait for 45 mins after our order has been taken. The pho was mediocre, the serving lady did not want to compensate us with anything but 200 hufs in comparison to the final fee (which was supposed to be about 20% more than the prices on the menu). We would go back to see the show the girls were putting on, but to pay 9k for two soups plus two soft drinks...

We are there a couple days ago. Yes, the young couple running it have their little kids around. I've travelled extensively through Asia, and it is nit uncommon for a young couple struggling to run their restaurant & family to combine them. Not an issue. All of the dishes we ordered were between very good and excellent. The proof is in the pudding and Four Seasons served some very tasty dishes. The service was helpful and attentive, and with a little patience, the communication too was smooth enough. Definitely...
