Pizza Via — Restaurant in Debreceni járás

It pains me to rate one of my favorite restaurants as such but the experience I just had was hellish to say the least. Let me start by saying I did not have much expectations ordering Indian food from here as it is obviously not their specialty. However, what in God’s name is that awfully looking paste that you call butter chicken and that thick cardboards you call naan??? Now I would assume you can come up with an explanation like due to delivering reason we can’t make it soupy so we have to turn it into a paste/powder or sorry we have apprentice chefs, but honestly there’s no excuse for cooking it with absolutely no flavor at all. Hell, I would even buy for you an order of butter chicken from Kashmir with naan just for you to see how much of a difference there is. However, if the sauce is bad then the chicken was absolutely horrendous. Tasteless, dried chunks of fossil that you might just straight up take out from the museum. As if to cover up this nightmare of a chicken, they tried to give you more naan but all you ended up with was cardboard pizza dough. Hell, they were so tough that you can make a riot shield out of it if you put them together or actually float on them if there’s a flood. The only saving grace of the whole meal is the Mediterranean pizza, which is meh to taste and salty, with a dash of flimsy and not at all fresh rucola on top. All that for almost 8000HUF is simply daylight robbery at this point and the closest example I can give you is ordering a piping fish soup from a csarda only to get back canned fish with bland tomato sauce. I implore you to take the suggestion to heart, or better yet, as I have suggested, I can order a portion from Kashmir for you and you can have them side by side to compare how terrible...

Családdal mentünk pizzázni, hát nem épp erre számitottam. 2 eladó ,2 futár az üzletben, mind a 4 a telefonjába merülve, eléggé szürreális látvány. Kihozták az étlapokat, mivel gyerekekkel voltunk ők örömmel választották a gyerek menűből ki ki maga izlése szerint. És mivel kint öles betűkkel hirdették hogy ha menűben kérjük a pizzát akkor kedvezményes áron 3 dl szörppel jutunk hozzá. Nos miután leadtuk a rendelést, a pincér mint aki azt sem tudja hol van , közölte hogy hát gyerek étel az csak lehet hogy nincsen mert kettő óráig lehet kérni... (17:30 volt) tehát a lehet az barokkos túlzás volt, ergo még az idővel sem volt tisztába. De! Miért nem lehet gyerek menűt kérni ha rajta van az étlapon???!!! Mutatja az asztalon a kis papirt hogy itt vannak a kedvezményes pizza menük. Ok mondjuk akkor legyen ez, kiválaszzuk, megvárja, aztán közli hogy 2 óráig vannak kedvezményes menük is... ááááááááááá Valóban olyan volt mint aki be van drogozva. Végül rendeltünk 1 pizzát, fél adag bolognait, fél adag rántott sajtot, a pizzán kivül, az még aránylag ehető volt, a többi ételkritikán aluli tesco minőségű (na nem a finest) fagyasztott cuccokból állt. A bolognai ehetetlen volt, ott is hagyta a kislányom. A krumpli túlsütött. Ár érték arányban sem volt rendben. Kértünk a gyerekeknek 2 baracklevet, erre hoztak nekik 2x0,5 l 1050 Ft ért... a tartár mártást amit eleve igy van az étlapon ( rántott sajt, sült krumpli, tartár mártás) lehagyták, külön kellett szólni. Só, bors, ketchup, ilyesmi nem volt az asztalon. Egyiken sem...az ételeket, 5 perc különbséggel hozták ki. Nem ajánlott...

They could not deliver our order within 1 hour. When we asked for the order after 1 hour, they delayed us by saying it would take 15 minutes and the orders did not arrive. We gave up on the meal but they didn't even apologize. They were extremely uncaring and intolerant. I'm so sorry I paid for 2 hours of parking in vain I'm late for work. I was victimized.
