Museum Cafe — Restaurant in Soproni járás

Bad food and rotten service for foreign tourists! Last Tuesday we visited Sopron and we sat down for lunch at this café inside the Fire tower, after asking about the snacks offered. Although there was only one more table occupied, we had to wait for very long, getting up several times to check if our order was coming. The bruschetta we got served had nothing to do with bruschetta, it was 5 tiny baguette slices toasted with chopped tomato on top, soaked in vinegar, no butter, no cheese, just dry bites! We complained, but the waitress did not care at all, she even laughed at us!! She was unfriendly and as cold as ice from the very beginning. The bruschettas the same waitress prepared and served to the other occupied table were quite right and nice looking, we thought they were meant for us, instead we got just dry bites, they were just good enough to be thrown away, costed 1250 HUF per piece (3,50 EUR). Great location just beside the Fire Tower shares with the Tower museum the entrance. Modern ambient inside a historical frame, has a nice selection of coffees and local wines. Here is also possible to get some sandwiches or snacks. Little children games corner available. Normally hosts exhibitions of local photographers. 2 nice terraces open during Summer. Csalódás! Szerettünk volna egy kellemes estét eltölteni enni és inni egy jót. Az italig nagy nehezen eljutottunk. 2 óra alatt amit ott töltöttünk egyszer jöttek az asztalunkhoz kiszolgálni. Láttuk, hogy a benti részen valami rendezvényt tartottak, de nem gondoltuk volna, hogy ezért más betérő vendéget ezért semmibe vesznek. Célszerű lett volna akkor kiírni, hogy zártkörű esemény. Majd mikor fizetésnél ezt szóvá tettük akkor még mi kaptunk kioktatást a flegma pincértől, hogy nincs minden asztalra kapacitás. Hozzáteszem a benti térben folyamat ment a kiszolgálás, de a küldő nyitott teraszon csak alig egy két fogyasztó vendég volt rajtunk kívűl. Sajnálom és nem értem mitől voltak a bentiek különlegesebbek amiért mink csak egy egyszeri rendelést tudtunk kapni. Az ital amit kaptunk viszont nagyon jó volt.
