The woman at the counter was beyond friendly, explaining each and every flavor and option there was in a super nice way! She was really sweet and recommended us a to take the vanilla soft serve with toppings as it is the one Icelanders usually get. In Winter they „only“ had 4 vanilla soft serve flavors and we chose the sugarfree option, which was really good, you couldn’t tell that it has no sugar. The selection of toppings was really big and the server helped us a lot and stayed patient although we were really indecisive....

I just left and my wife and I had a terrible customer experience. The ice cream was good enough, but the staff was bad at their job and seemed not to care.

Very upsetting. You should not advertise vegan hot dogs in big letters on the front of your store, just to tell 2 customers that it will take too much time to do it, after they waited in line for 20 minutes. Please put up a sign to let people know about this before they wait that long for...
