Absolutely mortified to be treated in such a horrible manner by the male waiter this evening. His rudeness and manner in the way he turned his back on us mid -request for salt and tomato sauce - so much so, that he thumped the isolated sauce on the table and hadn't even heard the second request. He as good as threw out food on the table, 3 of which were wrong. To be left in tears by a waiter is beyond unacceptable. We should have heeded the warning signs after 1 of the two burger choices were not available, only to be told this after ordering. The beer choice also wasn't available. When our food did arrive, 3 of the meals were wrong. I went up to address this to the same waiter, who, once again went to turn his back on me mid complaint. Accidents happen, and we were prepared to wait for new dishes although he had no interest in apology or rectification. I am a believer in always treating people in a way that you never know what's going on for them - if this guy hasn't got serious personal issues that management are aware of he must be terminated before he ruins your business. The lady waiter - thank you for your excellent service, I'm sorry you have to pick up the pieces...

Very good food but bad customer service. I've been there before and with different servers it was nice but this time there were three youn girls who were unfriendly and not helpful at all. My boyfriend and I found this on the way back to Reykjavik after exploring the Golden Circle. The people were nice and the food was very delicious! They have a lot of pizza flavors to choose from! Actually surprised how juicy and good the goose burger was. Definitely recommend! P.S. It was a good thing we ate a bit early as they get busy really quickly because that's how good and comforting...
