5 Star Family Restaurant — Restaurant in undefined

Visited this hotel last week. Had previously heard many good reviews regarding Sureshinte 5 Star Thattukada. 😊 We came here, but noticed that the name 'Suresh' is removed from the board. Must be some partnership issues or management issues. Anyways this hotel is now running as 5 Star Thattukada.

The shop is situated in Kaloor-Kathrikadavu Road with sufficient car parking space. Thats a huge plus point. But regarding the food, i would say that we were quite disappointed. Meals was ok, but the fish fry we ordered didnt taste good. Fish fry was not fresh, tasted bad. 🙄 customer service was pathetic. The waiters sounded very arrogant. If they wanna run this business profitably, then they should improve food quality as well as customer service. Felt a bit expensive too. There are other restaurants nearby which offer much better lunch at affordable rates.. Hope the management will look into these...

The only thing i gave a 5 star is the atmosphere. Whoever owns this place please make sure the food should be served with a taste and should make the customer come back for it. You have everything on the menu just for the sake of it. And the attitude of the staff!!! Why are they behaving so busy al tge time when there are only few customers in there. The worst Thattukada I ever visited... Normal Roadside Thattukada is even better than this.. Ordered a beef chilly and Not sure what they served instead of the meat---I had a bad stomach after it... The Bengali way of cleaning plates is not at all hygienic with dirty clothes and the way they serve food - When shared, many shared their experiences of stomach upset.
