Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Agra

Pathetic experience. Terrible service by staff named Sunny. He was quite rude. I had visited this restaurant many times for cafe mocha and used to pay via dineout. The last time when I visited they said that dineout is not working and this time after two weeks also they said it isn't working. I asked the reason and they said that they have mailed their team. So, since two weeks this issue couldn't get resolved. The dineout person said there is no issue from their end but ccd software is not capable of accepting the payment. And this guy Sunny said he doesn't know how to get payment from dineout. Well, if he doesn't know this and if the software is not capable of the same, then why are they even running this business? So after paying huge amount for cafe mocha, I asked them to put good chocolate base, to which that guy Sunny said that it would charge extra. Well, I asked for this earlier too twice and he didn't realise this at that time. Also, the cafe mocha that they prepared was too light and I very well know the taste of cafe mocha having consumed it multiple times. So, why this sort if rudeness? On 7 June 2023, there was a staff just coming before 2pm, going to staff changing room at basement and afterwards, he directly came straight to my table and cleaned up without saying a word. Based on his gesture, either he was upset or just misbehaving. Please train this one guy further. Be respectful, will ya? This is a cafe where anyone can spend hours to work on laptop or just sitting after ordering. There was nobody else at basement other than me, all tables are free to occupy.
