Cake House — Restaurant in Agra

Before Covid: I have ordered from this place and visited this place multiple of times. Service:- Self service is there no one will serve you just take your order directly from the kitchen counters. No place to sit. Services are slow when lot of crowd is present. We have to wait from 10 min to sometimes 50 mins as they have limited workers over there. Moving to the quality:- Quality is somewhat good because of that I prefer to visit and always go there. Every thing is fresh, great combination of garlic chutney with tomato ketchup.

During Covid or Condition of now: Service : Similar mentioned above. Still lots of crowd Slow service Self service

Quality: Quality is degraded as per my opinion, I have found that buns used for burgers was not fresh and pizza base I found somewhat not fresh. I have tried few time by visiting there, not even a single day I find any ketchup or any kind of sauce. No cleaning stuff to handwash or to wipe your hands. Limited no of cold drinks No safety is there, all are without mask even staff as well as Zomato wallets...

I HAVE PURCHASED WHITE FOREST CAKE WORTH RS 397 FOR SWIGGY BUT I HAVE RECEIVED NORMAL CAKEWHICH IS EASILY AVAILABE AT 170-180 RS IN MARKET. I MADE COMPLAINT IST TIME I GOT REPLACEMENT AGAIN I HAVE RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT I AM MAKING COMPLAINT TO SWIGGY AND SELLER CAKE HOUSE BUT NO RESPONSE.MAKING FOOL TO CUSTOMER CHEATING CUSTOMERS NO RESPONSE .PLEASE DONT BUY ANY THING FROM CAKE HOUSE AND SWIGGY. Being a food craver i highly not recommended this place to order cakes and any other food items because I know when I ate that cake is so cheap in cream quality and most worse the food they serve in unhygienic that they place in that glass storage of freezer the cream rolls were laying without any sheet at bottom and the kitchen I just took a peek is dirty 🤮🤮🤮 i think you understand what I'm saying rest depends on you want cheap...
