Costa Coffee, Agra – A Perfect Family Coffee Outing with a Surprise Discount!

We recently visited Costa Coffee in Agra with our entire family—six of us including two energetic kids—and it turned out to be an unexpectedly delightful experience!

From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The seating was spacious enough to accommodate our group comfortably. The café was well-lit, clean, and had a calm vibe despite being fairly busy.

The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and guided us to a corner perfect for families. We ordered a mix of hot and cold drinks—classic cappuccinos, a smooth caramel latte, kids’ hot chocolate, and chilled frostinos. Every cup was brewed to perfection, rich in aroma and flavor. The kids especially loved their babyccino and the chocolate muffin that came warm and gooey.

What truly made our visit special was the unexpected 4th of July discount. Though it's an American holiday, Costa Coffee was running a themed promotion, and we got a fantastic 25% off on our total bill—a lovely surprise that made the experience even sweeter!

The service was quick, and the team even offered coloring sheets to keep the little ones busy while we relaxed. It’s rare to find a coffee shop in India that balances quality beverages with genuine family-friendliness.

If you’re in Agra and looking for a place to unwind with loved ones, Costa Coffee is a must-visit. Delicious coffee, great service, family-friendly setup—and if you're lucky, maybe even a festive discount...

As far as India goes it is a good place to escape but that does not necessarily mean it is good, don't have the sandwiches, they just over cook them in microwave instead of grilling like they are supposed to do?! And you served with a spoon that was still dirty (see photo) Staff are rude, I was telling him my order and he started talking to friend on my side of counter, he like "anything else" I'm like well yes, i just told you but you stopped listening to me mid-order. It feels like they think they are doing you a favour serving you!

I only recommending as as far as Agra goes it is one the only few decent places to escape. Would have been 3 star if it hadn't have been for dirty cutlery🍴.

Also the place seriously needs a blue light bug killer or something, so many flies inside landing...

I went to Costa Coffee and ordered a cold coffee!The staff there who took my order, his name was Vishal.But I had ordered cold coffee and he made hot coffee!I had ordered ice latte coffee.But he said, I could not hear.So I said, this is your mistake, you should give me an ice latte So then he quickly made a latte, but it was too thin.I said that the latte is very thick and sweet too. That one was bitter and thin too.At first he was fooling me. He was saying, does it happen like this?
