Cake & More — Restaurant in Agra

I ordered a 2 kg customized cake, the cake was supposed to be butterscotch flavour and they made it pineapple cake. It was such a big mistake on their part but instead of being apologetic they had no realization and they asked me to bring the whole cake to check whether i was lying or not . I even took some cake so that they could realise that they made a mistake. Firstly after tasting it they the said its butterscotch only and because i am not finding it the same flavour they will compensate so i asked them to make 1 kg cake , on that they agreed and asked me to come after half an hour as they were going to make a fresh cake but after 15 min i got a call from them saying that their 'BOSS' wants me to bring the cake which was already eaten by the people who came for birthday celebration but still i could manage to bring some cake so that they could actually taste it and realise their mistake. But does it make any sense to bring the whole cake ? Som1 give them some brains. The staff was very rude , not apologetic at all I asked if i could talk to their manager or the owner then the staff replied saying that he is watching u from the cctv. This is the response i got from them . They gave me nothing in return , were not apologetic at all , one member of the staff raised his voice.
