Haldiram's - Sanjay Place, Agra — Restaurant in Agra

I was happy to see haldiram in sanjay place when i went in December 2023. I am visiting India so I thought of visiting again so I went yesterday and i was extremely disappointed and promised myself not to go back again. Vada pav was awful , i dnt know what was the filling inside we had to leave that, ordered dal makani and tandoori roti, dal was cold, I spoke to the person he was trying to prove that its hot but eventually he agreed to change and it took him 10 minutes to get a warm dal makhani and by that time tandoori roti got hard and my parents who are 80+ yrs had a hard time to chew the hard roti. Thinking of raj kachori we order one more but this time the preparation was so bad that it was dry filling less curd and saunth and people were not polite to except it.

Food consistency seems to be a big problem in haldiram sanjay place branch. When i spoke about it today my friend told me that she also felt same. I wouldn’t recommend to visit there because it is haldiram they r spoiling the name of haldiram by taking franchise and not keeping...

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had at your restaurant. On my latest visit, I ordered Pav Bhaji and was appalled by the foul smell that emanated from the dish. The quality was far below the standards I have come to expect from Haldiram's.

We went to this location with our family for lunch. We wanted to order mango lassi but unfortunately only available in morning. Poori sabji is also available during morning hours. This is a two story location. Food is upstairs and snacks and sweets are on main level. Washroom was not clean. Toilet seat is broken. They also didn’t have a lot of the sweets they normally do.
