La Pino'z Pizza — Restaurant in Agra

Bought a paneer tadka regular and the base was Aww-so-bad. 2.5 out of 5 I have been here before a number of times but this visit was in particular the worst till date. The base of the pizza felt like a ready-made kulcha base, and that too which has been kept for 2-3 days. So thin, so tasteless, so dry, and just not at all upto the "Lapino's Pizza" level!! Was looking mouth-watering from the outside but the moment I came close to taking a bite the bread just showed it's abnormal form! . The combos on the other hand were a positive if "only" they'd have been true to themselves and mentioned to us earlier about the terms and conditions on it, as they were available only by online method.. As soon as I gave the order it was placed and I was asking them comprehensively about adding to it the combo but instead they laid out to me the terms and conditions and when I asked them to undo it all, there wasn't a chance. . Overall, absolutely gutted with the services and the extremely low quality of food, and even if it was just a one off but that's enough to diverge their traffic! . This indeed are the lowest numbers of stars I have given so far in my life and I guess I won't be giving the same to anyone else, but this visit .. was stupendously outrageously...

Not a great online ordering experience.

Ordered through their portal (Order #2823917) the outlet did not notice the online order. Listed phone number does not work, had to search their number and got it from FB page. Fortunately the guy on the telephone did realise the issue and assured to expedite the order. But then the Delivery guy has no clue about the address and insists on live location despite providing full address and guiding him both on WhatsApp and telephonically. Usually others provide a live tracking of the delivery but here it was the other way round (and the order was prepaid). The delivery guys still comes on the landmark I provided after sharing live location. :)

Order delivered without seasoning, but the delivery guy did bring the seasoning in 10 minutes. He delivered with a smile.

I hope this was an exception, would stick to Domino's for online delivery - not sure about the Pizza's but they do have superior systems in place.

This place named lapinoz is a fast food centre,where you can order different types of pizza,garlic bread with different dips,cola/cold drink etc.

Interior/decor - The interior was satisfactory.I personally like the interior and decorations as you can see in the pictures this place was specifically doctorated on the occasion of (15 Aug) Independence day in india.

Food - I ordered capsicum,cheese and perry chilly pizza with cola/cold drink. The pizza's tastes delicious as you can see in the pictures,the colour,smell was so good that my mouth filled with water 😋. Moving forward the prices of food depends on the things you want to order which vary from 59-600 rs. I think. And one more thing there was special offer of free home delivery and 50% off on second pizza which means half prices on second pizza.

All in all my experience was good and I recommend if you want to spend some quality time with your friends,family and your loved ones you should give it a try.
