McDonald's — Restaurant in Agra

Paid for a Full Meal, Got Half of It. What a Joke and too after 1.5 hour.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience seriously deserves one.

I ordered two full meals from McDonald's, each supposed to include a burger, fries, and a Coke. What did I get? Just the burgers and ONE Coke. No fries at all, and one Coke just vanished into thin air apparently. And it took them 1 hours to provide to delivery partner. And the delivery partner was an old person and he mentioned that the staff was very rude to him and said we doesn't have this order and made him wait in blazing sun.

It’s ridiculous how a global brand like McD can mess up such a basic order and think it’s okay. I paid for everything — so where’s the rest of my food? Are we supposed to pay full price for half the meal now?

This is not just frustrating, it’s disappointing. I expected better. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’m seriously reconsidering ordering again.

Sort it out, McDonald’s. Your customers...

MACDONALD'S: JUST WOW.

LOCATION:- Ashok Cosmos Mall, Sanjaya Place agra. Near Soorsadan Chauraha.

HOW TO REACH:- To reach here you have to come on the famous and life line of agra MG road. And reach SOORSADAN CHAURAHA. take a turn to Sanajay place there. And about 150-200 mtr you will get ASHOK COSMOS MALL. In mall there is branch of MacDonald's.

HOW IS IT:- I love itt. The atmosphere is mesmerizing. You can order here by online, machine system and at the counter too. You can order vegetarian and non veg also. But most of the itoms Or burgers are veg. The starting price of a mcaloo tikki burger is about ₹ 52. You can order small meal In just ₹ 99. And order as your choice there is lot of variety in their menu. You will enjoy the meals and burger.

TIME:- yeah if there is rush then you have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes otherwise for order time is normal.

SUGGESTIONS:- If you take a coke from outside it will better experience for you. If you have any query then please ping...

My experience from last 5 times is really very disappointing...Some of the staff members are very rude and uncultured....They don't communicate with the customers the way they supposed to do.., Everytime the order which we made is incomplete and then we have to visit the counter by ourself to collect your missing items and then they don't apologise for their mistake but they start arguments with the customers....and this happens almost everytime....This is not expected from the Mc. Donald's that they are making their goodwill low by providing third class service by hiring the uncultured staff (who don't have a good communication skill, and are uncultured, and don't have manners to talk to customers).
