Tikka Junction — Restaurant in Delhi

Sunday🏖️ = Fun day💯! . I visited this newly opened outlet⛩️ from the chain of tikka jucntion in tilak nagar and i return back home after having an amazing time and meal from the place👌. This place is situated on the main road🛣️ near to tilak nagar metro station🚇. The place had the capacity of about 50-60 people sitting at a time. This is a best place if you want to spend quality💎 time with your family👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 and friends👫👫. The ambience was mild✨ with good bollywood music🎧 in the background. The service of the place was very quick🏃 and efficient🍽️, they serve hot smoking🔥 food on time⏳. The flavour of the food was amazingly desi!🤤 You can feel the taste of various spices🌟 in every dish and everything is very unique in it's own way. Mr. Bhaskar👱 and Mr. Vijay👱 served me and my friends, their work was appreciable👏. They were polite🗣️ and efficient in their work🏆. The menu consists a lot of items but we tried some of their signature⚠️ dishes, they were:

Virgin mojito🍹 and coke🍾: Sweet and tangy drink with appropriate amount if sugar.

Halke_phulke_garma_garam_🌭S T A R T E R S🍟:-

🔹Chicken tikka sharabian Da🍗 (₹260) - I am missing this. This dish can go in starters and with butter naan as well. Soft and small boneless pieces of chicken cooked in think masala and served with long chillies on the top. MUST HAVE THIS!

🔸Chicken lollipop🍗 - Chicken legs covered in cooked corn flour which made them somewhat crunchy from the outside and soft from the inside. It was served with herb mayonnaise.

🔹Mutton kebeb roll🍖🌯 - Juicy mutton kebab covered with layers of roll sheet. For better results, squeeze the drops of lemon in it and eat with green chutney.

🔸Tandoori veg momos🌰: Always the star of the day. Perfectly cooked momos with dense hot stuffing. They were served with mayonnaise and momos red chutney.

🔹Tandoori chicke🔥🍗: I was starving when they came. Amazing in texture and filled with variety of indian spices. Again, they taste amazing when i had them with some modification of drops of lemon juice and green chutney on them along with pyaz.

🔸Butter tandoori chicken🧀🔥🍗: Drooling (check), Tender (check), Tasty (check), Enough (never for me).

🔹Paneer achari tikka🍢: Soft pieces of paneer cooked in tandoor with pieces of onions and capsicum. It was good.

🍣M A I N_C O U R S E🍱_makkhan_maar_ke:-

🔸Dal makhni🥘 - Aane do bhyi bas aane do! It was super amazing. The consistency of dal was great and i liked it very much.

🔹Handi murg🥘🍗 - This dish consists of: Chicken pieces, egg, chicken keema and garnished with chicken kebab. The consistency and taste of the dish could have been better but overall it was good.

🔸Kadai paneer🍲- Paneer pieces cooked with onion and capsicum in thick gravy. It was more kind of thick dry masala covered paneer dish. How was it? EPIC it was!

🔹Breads🍥- Tandoori roti and butter naan.

♥️Gulabjamun- Should i have to tell about this as well? Fine. You can simply understand this like it was the love from childhood. We all meet to the gulabjamun in every wedding and without any concern we had it as many times as we see that pretty sugar ball. We had the gulabjamun still when we were on a diet and if someone asks about the excuses, we or i had always the one: It doesn't make you fat⭕ but makes you happy😊 from the inside. That's what true love is...

Tikka junction justifies its name with really good and tasty tikkas. I visited jail road branch and it is quite decent for family dining with its pleasant interiors. Tried veg seek kabab, dry manchurian, paneer malai tikka, masala kulcha, soya chaap tikka, bhatti murg and classic mojito. Starting first with veg seek kabab, the crust was soft and the filling inside was very yummy. The stuffing of cashew made it more delicious. If you're a Chinese lover, then dry manchurian was really tasty with chopped tomatoes, chilled well cooked, the manchurian balls were well cooked with less oil. Paneer malai tikka was less spicy, but the size of paneer was really good. Have tried masala kulcha at many food joints, but here it was not spicy and decently cooked with a flavor of tomatoes and garlic. Soya chaap tikka was marinated nicely and gave flavor of chicken tikka, if you're a vegetarian and looking for soya chaap tikka, nice place to visit. The classic was also...

Here’s a paradise for all you non vegetarians. Tikka junction certainly stands distinct from the others as it not just offers lip smacking food but also a great portion along with great pricing as well. I recently tried Patiala fish fry which I would call a show stopper ( highly recommend it). chicken Tikka malai roll is another delicacy that was mouth melting. Mutton seekh & Tikka sharabiya da was outstanding for their sharp yet subtle flavours. Also I had a very unique kucha which was smeared in makhani gravy and had a burst of flavours.

For the mains I chose Rarha chicken with a big garlic naan. Rarha chicken was filled in with flavours, and chicken was just so tender.
