Sometimes success gets to head and turn blind to the very basic principles of starting up the journey. The lady , don’t have patience to explain what is that am getting ( Obviously we pay and makes us customer) . There would be a feeling that , she might be busy with customers and didn’t get time to explain, but things are lil different, there are only few customers that gentleman over the counter is taking care.pathetic experience, and I seriously doubt the social media promotions around it,
To let u know, I turned back without having ur so called hyped millet dishes.
Edit on reply:
I think my words are true, the way u replied shows that. Coming to service , don’t even talk about it with the high price list and judging a book by it cover , u r trying to wrap it around by bringing service Moto. I still say , am a customer and have every right to know what I am getting for the money. If u don’t like that , please do mention, “No Questions Asked” as display.
Edit to Rereply:
U glorify the business by customer wait time, good for you. It’s not about the hate here, it’s about customer concern and how u address it. Ur menu display does help who already are customers or Vizagites but not for someone like me who came all the way driving from Bangalore and made a point to pay a visit to the outlet. That’s the reason asked for details about what I am supposed to get. By the lengthy explanation, and so called ETHICS and don’t care attitude to customer ( potential customer), u might be short of one customer today , but addressing the concern in right way would eliminate a roll of snowball that started with me.
Having said , I don’t want or don’t need to waste my time on someone who struggled to startup but cAre less to address the customer concern.
To end with a quote by Sam Walton: “There is only one boss,The customer. And he can fire anybody in the company from chairman on down, simply by spending his money...
Read moreLocated on the front of the ‘Biryanis and more’ restaurant in vicinity of busy junction of Waltair main road near the Lifestyle showroom, this outlet has achieved tremendous acclaim from everywhere for their noble attempt to serve healthy food made from the ages old Indian agricultural gem - millets. The outlet is small with a seating arrangement for approximately 10-12 visitors. There is no dedicated parking space, however there is ample parking space available on the opposite of the road. The outlet opens in the morning and evening only. As per the recommendation of the owner, we ordered for Jowar poli, Multi millet poli and Ghee Karam Dosa. The polis come wrapped in vistaraku giving a very distinct aroma. The piping hot polis are served with carrot, coconut and ginger chutneys. Service is self-service here. The polis were very nice and texture was good. It were the chutneys which made an irresistible combo. All the chutneys were extremely appealing for the taste buds. Although the dosa was average, but the ghee used was of top notch quality. Masala dosas are available only in the evening. Even in a weekday morning, the outlet was crowded and the owner was way too occupied with incoming visitors. Price is reasonable for the polis however slightly higher for a plain dosa. Overall verdict- definitely recommended to encourage the venture towards a healthy lifestyle and to promote the farming and...
Read moreToday, 30th January, 2022, I had a rough experience. I am a frequent visitor to this place. As usual, I walked in and asked for four Raagi Idlys. The Owner Gentlemen, refused to serve me 4 Raagi Idly, instead he is serving 2 Raagi and 2 Korra Idly.
I asked as to why like that, don't you have stock of Raagi. He replied he has stock of raagi but he said he Cant give and he says every other customer is taking in the same manner of combination.
I said I cant comment on other customer but why should I eat what you give and why can't I have my choice when you have stock? The Owner Gentlemen replied "Ok this is last time I give you four Raagi and next time i will not give"
for which then, I replied "this is last time I come to your restaurant" I am very surprised with such attitude. Hence I am not happy with such behavior.
Apart from this surprise behavior, the idlys are good. Food quality is good. Taste is very delicious and pricing is very reasonable for the kind of quality and care taken for the preparation of idlys.
Ahhhhhh, what a lovely fluffy idlys. Yummy. The way idly gets steam cooked in Sal leaves is highly appreciable. And the chutneys are very very...
