Bombay Restaurant- Jyothi Theatre — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Hi this is Aryan, I am one of the regular customer to Bombay restaurant since last 8 years. Now I decided to don't go to Bombay restaurant from now, due to worst service from the staff . Today night I went to restaurant with my friends , first I ordered 7 starters after half-and-hour it was came that I comprise and ate later I ordered 4 Biryanis and two fried rice again we wait for 20 minutes after that I ordered one more biriyani they said have then the staff went to go to bring the biriyani but they come empty hands and they said no biriyani ok then I said which is readily available please bring , the boy bring one fried rice ,after that they give bill to me, the bill is Rs3510 , payment done but that is a wrong bill they add one starter extra which we not ordered , then the staff take the bill and got to the cashier in between some came and asking how much time you will eat then i said we already done waiting for the bill ,your staff done wrong bill he went to modify the bill and the staff came and given amount back Rs160 for that .for this type of service also I gave tip to staff but they are not satisfied with that they asking more tip ,then I said this is not fair this is very worst service but still I gave to tip . But the boy looking me angry . What a great experience these all . Why should the management will not seeing these all ? They don't know how to behave with customers. I think they trained for how to get more tips from the customers One ⭐ rating...

I recently had the misfortune of ordering boneless biryani and prawns from this restaurant, and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The food quality was far below expectations. The prawns were riddled with sand particles, rendering them inedible and quite unpleasant. It was evident that they had not been cleaned properly before cooking. As for the boneless biryani, it emitted a strong, off-putting odor that made it difficult to enjoy the meal.

Despite the lackluster food, I was surprised to see a large crowd at the restaurant. I’m at a loss as to why this place is so popular, given the substandard offerings. The reputation and hype simply did not align with my experience. Additionally, the presentation of the dishes left much to be desired, indicating a lack of attention to detail and care in preparation.

To make matters worse, the service was slow and unresponsive. I waited an inordinate amount of time for my order to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. When I raised my concerns about the quality of the food, the staff appeared indifferent and offered no solutions or apologies.

In summary, this was a very disappointing dining experience. I had high hopes based on the crowd and prior reviews, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. I cannot recommend this restaurant to others; it’s best to save your time and money and seek out a place that truly values quality and customer...

!!! VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE !!! Today, I purchased two biryani parcels from this so called famous place in Vizag. (Ahaa, Memorable for a Lifetime) First of all, Spent my hard earned income for having a good family time eating the best food. But the food is of lowest hygiene and quality. (Wait inka asalu matter undi) Every aspect that you feel in food - Taste, Smell, Quality, Freshness and Experience have gone for a toss here. (Sky High) Literally they packed DECOMPOSED GRAVY (This was giving off a really bad smell that can be felt all over the residential area) and SOUREST TASTING CURD (Oh, thank god this wasn't that much smelling.. Phew! What a Save) which made it awful to eat the food. Biryani rice is somewhat like deep oil fried Vada, full of oil content. The chicken was - God, don't even ask inka. So as you thought, I also casually tossed the parcels into the dump. Accepted the awful feeling of the food and left it for the good. (Thinking here - Karma will take care of everyone) But here I am after 14 mins later writing this Rant with anger and regret. Are you still reading and thinking.... Please change your choice of place from here.
