If i had an option of zero star i would've done that my family visited over there last night

We were thoroughly disappointed with our recent dining experience. The first three items on our order contained hair, prompting us to cancel the entire order. Furthermore, the Apollo fish and Bhagara rice were undercooked. This raises serious concerns about the restaurant's adherence to basic food safety protocols. If such lapses occur in the front-of-house, it's alarming to consider what might be happening in the kitchen.

When dining at a reputable establishment, we inherently trust that the food served is safe for consumption. However, this incident has eroded our confidence. The risk of foodborne illnesses, particularly for vulnerable individuals such as children, is unacceptable. Who will take responsibility for this negligence?

Complain was raised infront of Assistant manager Mr. Sanjay initially he was not accepting later he was trying to get rid of this issue with a sorry.

This experience has led us to vow never to return to this restaurant again

Food - 0 Hygenie - minus...

Restaurants should think that people doesnt always visit thek for ambience. The main reason to visit restaurant is not about ambience but FOOD. If you just provide great ambience but worst food, you'll have to close it off soon. Having said above, we visited this restaurant yesterday looking at their google rating(my mistake: i didnt read reviews this time). We asked for one chittimutyala kodi pulao, apollo fish starter and paneer kulcha. Apollo fish was okay and paneer kulcha was good. But the pulao was worst. It was not even luke warm and gives sense of rotten taste. Upon insist they changed the item and assured us of a steamy hot fry piece biryani. However, the new biryani as well is of luke warm and only chicken that was put on top of biryani was quite hot(appears as if they just recooked the chicken to make it hot). Neither the taste of chicken nor the biryani tasted good. We literally left whatever served to us as is and paid off whopping 1000+ bill. Management didnt care to take feedback on why we left food. Not as per expectations & now it's never.. ➕ Restaurant's location is awesome where expectations must be high, but I didn't find this place as I expected. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor. ➕ Restaurant's inside decors are good & that's the only positive thing that exists there. ➖ Staffs are cooperative but not trained as per standards. ➖ Food are okay type but prices are not worthy, you can also have such food at normal restaurant at cheaper prices. ➖ I have ordered "babycorn 65, green salad and veg biryani followed by rich brownie jar" which tastes not worthy. ➖ Brownie Jar which i have ordered was not worthy as well and it was expensive too. Only the jar was big in size but that's also not worth it. Better to have a Jar from Cream & Stones. ➖ Some of the tables were non-operational. As it stays fine. ➕ Fire extinguishers found which ensures fire safety. ➖ Crockeries used are of "plastics", which degrades the standards. ➖ Restaurant's cleanliness and hygiene was not maintained.
