I ordered a blazing chicken & paprika pizza @ 9..05 pm , after 50min the delivery guy came to my house and opened his bag and said he swapped order bag with his fellow delivery man and again he bought it to me after 15 min, I said pizza was cold I don't want it cancel the order, again I ordered another online, after 15 min they called from the store and asked whether to confirm order, I said in time if they can deliver another pizza, after 15 min the other delivery guy came given me the pizza box , I checked it and asked it was not hot , and I opened the box infront of the delivery guy, it was not at all fresh , I showed him the cheese also it was frozen , as per my sense they delivered the same pizza which I ordered previously and tried to fool & blame Me... this is what this store guys do... so pathetic, they r killing Dominos...

I want to express my disappointment regarding the extremely rude behavior my family and I experienced during our recent visit to this establishment

The staff informed us that the air conditioning operates in rotation, but they refused to turn it on despite our repeated requests. More concerning was the unprofessional conduct of the manager, who spoke to my mother in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. Additionally, a server told us, "If you don't want to sit, then just take it as takeout," which was both uncalled for and offensive.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer service setting. I strongly urge you to take appropriate and strict action against the staff involved to ensure that such treatment is not repeated with any other customer.

As informed by store, only online orders are given priority. Dine-in and Takeaway orders will be given low priority and will be serviced only after online backlog is cleared. When I entered the store, the cashier was absent and I was asked by one of the chefs to order through Online Dine-in option. When we attempted the online option, we were surprised to see variance of 100 /- between online and offline options. This is pure cheating.

Edit: Went to Pizza hut 400 m further from this place. Had the best pizza and sides. After more than 6 years of being a domino's customer, I am glad to have finally shifted to Pizza hut. Thank you for denying my order and opening my eyes,...
