Half of the items were not available. They had food in the drinks menu but they do not serve it citing the drinks menu is shared with all restaurants. I think Novotel being a big brand should invest in a different drinks menu for their restaurants which specifically offers drinks from that particular restaurant. Their current drinks menu is shared. Also speaking of the drinks menu, half of the items were out of stock on an early Saturday night. We specifically asked for a less spicy Pad Thai, but it was incredibly spicy. The drinks were first served to me while my wife had to wait for 15-20 mins to get her fresh lime soda which we had mentioned but after reminding they re-confirmed whether we ordered it earlier. The starters we had ordered were good (dimsums and lotus stem tossed in honey chilli garlic) but the main course wasn't. Their staff assumed that we are non vegetarian after we specifically told we are veg, offering prawn crackers. Additionally, the pumpkin crackers were fried in the same oil as the prawn crackers and smelled horribly. Avoid if you are a vegetarian

Service: Waiters cannot pronounce the name of the dishes. Our table service staff struggled with pronouncing dish names. There was a junior staff member who had recently joined as he told and his seniors rather than helping him were scolding him in front of us. Help him learn. The place did not accept my Accor Live membership as well. Collected my details to connect with their front desk. However, I doubt I will ever get them. I had an amazing time dining at RED BOWL. From the moment I walked in, the staff associates Siraj, Tim Tim, Manisha, Walu, Prathap were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Naresh (Manager ) & Banayak(TL) they made sure that we received top notch service by their associates. They made sure I was seated promptly and provided excellent service throughout the meal. The ambiance was good but coming to the service they were highly understaffed. We had the wait a lot for the order to be taken as well as for them to service.
