I recently spent a night at the WelcomHotel by ITC Hotels, and overall, it was a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch assistance from the moment we arrived until we checked into our room. A special mention goes to Mr. Karthik, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The hotel's lounge area was a lovely spot to wait before check-in, and our club room with a sea view was stunning. The room was immaculately clean, with all the necessary toiletries and even a jacket holder - a thoughtful touch.

Some Pros that I observed are Prime location with easy access to cabs🚕 Breathtaking sea view🌊 and I got chance to see sunrise also at morning. We had a breakfast🥣at oceanic view restaurant which is too good. They have a diversed menu. Worth the penny. Bed 🛌is so comfortable to sleep in and even they have a menu of Pillows from where you can select whatever type you want. Swimming pool🏊‍♀️ is good and maintained well. Grandeur and photogenic🖼 surroundings. I couldn't resist myself taking photos everywhere.

Some cons that I observed are TV🖥 is not connected to wifi and even after repeated requests they couldn't do it. There is a Crack to the floor which is making queak sounds while walking. There is no handwash at the sink. When asked they told to use the body soap which is meant for bath. Very lame reply. Thin walls allowing noise from adjacent rooms which made me uncomfortable. Snacks provided are all very old packets and drinks. Some of them are expired too but not checked by them. Thank god we checked before eating. Fitness center is not maintained well. There are no staff. Housekeeping staff is not good. You need to ask them twice or thrice. They won't do work when asked. I told them to clean the room and left hotel to roam in city and when I came back after 3 hours it's still not cleaned. They cleaned it after asking 2 more times and going at waiting...
