I went there for the first time ever on 31st Dec 2021 for a nice cup of coffee and guess what all I taste was lukewarm water for which no amount of sugar can make it taste good. also I've bought this thing which they named as "sandwich with spinach, corn and cheese" sounds so elite nah? but what they served us was a half cut pav-bhaji bun with a bit of spinach smashed corn which has no taste at all. they've also asked for double cheese or single so we went for double cheese and what they gave us was they put 2 SMALL SLICES OF CHEESE OVER EACH HALF BUNS... IM STILL CRYING FOR MY LOSS OF 678 RUPEES. I have been to CCD of guwahati many times over the past 3 years but my latest experience in april 2021 was horrible. I was very surprised(horrified) that the place was filled with just too many mosquitoes, such that I couldn't sit still for even 30 sec. I was more surprised that the manager thought of taking action, only after a complaint was made. My seat arm had lizard poo on it. The menu was in a tattered state. Popular items like devil's own was not available. To top it electricity connection went off, and the store was in complete darkness for 8min..while, shops in the surrounding area already had their generator running immediately.
