Pure Desi — Restaurant in Assam

Went for office lunch with my team. We ordered simple dishes like rajma chawal, chole bhature, chole kulche , paper masala dosa and hakka noodles. Sadly except the rajma chawal everything was so so bad. Firstly chole kulche served was stuffed paratha and it was salty. Chole for both were full of turmeric and so much masala but tastless. Secondly paper masala dosa was just normal dosa it wasnt what paper dosa is suppose to be. Have visit ed this place alot of times before but its sad to say that the quality of food has become very bad. I don’t usually write such long reviews but this time i just couldnt. Not even writing about how long it took for them to serve us. We just ate cause we had to and didnt...

So..... Me and my two friends visited their outlet and while leaving that place both me and my stomach was happy......

Ordered the Brahmaputra Thali ( special recommendation) ..... Everything was so yummy..... That one thali was enough for us three ( but basically the thali is for two only).....

Staff behaviour was so so good..... They asked me how was the food.... And we all just said " It was so yummy bhaiya"..... Honestly, I visited this restaurant or outlet because of some recommendations made by my friends but now I will definitely gonna recommend you too to visit them for...

Food awesome. We were looking for a pure veg feast, and this is a place we looked for. Ordered Dahi bhat (simple dish but difficult to satisfy the taste) but it was as expected by a south Indian. Dosas, paper and Rava Masala were good tooooo. Nothing more that I can expect as far as in Assam. Filter cofee was icing on cake, and expect whT served with cookies crisp and great taste. Nothing more to expect... I am 😊. Recommend a visit and is must. My favs Rava Masada and filter cofee...
