Fairly standard fare and prices.

Grabbed a caramel coffee from here right after landing. I love costa coffee. Sad there aren’t many outlets. The staff who served my coffee was very kind and helpful.

The service is horrible..the staff is ill behaved....they did not have the small size container for serving coffee and had to wait in the queue till we reached the cashier just to be informed they could have put up a signage of non availibilty of the container and saved preciou time,when i opted for the medium container they told me they have no change...what a horrible experience. Worst is they have no regret and kept on arguing that the company is...

Huge fan of Costa coffee, but this is by far the worst coffee shop I've ever been to. Manager takes the wrong order and argues and employees are in support, not even listening to what the customer has to say. Such franchises should be shut down and not tarnish the name of Costa. Giving it 1 star only because I can't give...
