Kanhaa - Sweets & Snacks — Restaurant in Assam

It is my humble request to the management of this restaurant to kindly reconsider the menu item named "Paneer Pakora". Today me and my wife ordered it with the hope of enjoying the same but left utterly disappointed and aghast by the audacity of the cook to present sliced paneer dipped in basan and simply fried. The level of how ORDINARY and tasteless the same was, we were looking at each other's face questioning our very decision to visit this place. It truly requires a special set of skills to prepare something THIS tasteless and bland. Plz replace this item with a paneer dish where slices of panner is directly fried amidst a selection of peppers like capcicum, red/yellow bell peppers etc named "Paneer dry fry" or something similar. This otherwise good place to have some light snacks has today left both of us deeply concerned with the management's intentions with the future of this establishment when such dishes are being served to scare customers and make them avoid visiting this...

Today I visited the restaurant with my mom as the alimentation is fine and even the location is upright. I know it is crowded all time, waiting is not a issue but the behavior of two of the staff members was so rude and the way they treated us was not acceptable. The staff includes a guy and a girl who was there on the cash counter. The guy was not at all skilled. He was a zero qualifier and a horrible hostess. Really it's terrible; Only serving good food is not enough, please make your staff to respect people, the way they treated us is not worth it for sure. Both the person who has been working there acts like they would rather be somewhere else instead. It shows in both the service and the behaviour they portray with the customers. You will never see me eat over your restaurant again.

P. S. - The guy was tall and was wearing a dark blue shirt; and he had a tattoo on his neck and the girl was wearing a yellow T-shirt. I guess it was...

The worst experience I have ever had... I visited this place with my family.... Ordered Cheese Burger, Veg Chowmein, Paw Bhaji and Dosa.... Pao Bhaji and Dosa was good.... But cheese burger was something ,for that we need to use spoon to eat... While ordering I cleared that I need veg chowmein not hakka noodles... Den also they got hakka noodles with manchurian and said this is only chowmein.... So we paid for burgers ate only one... We paid for chowmein but didn't eat their halka noodles.... Then come to the service,Staff is amazing(sarcasm) when we called them no one is interested to take our review, they were busy with their gossips only... After that I need to increase my volume so they came and started denying, sir aapne yehi order kia tha.... Then my family said leave it.... Let's go eat somewhere, as we were hungry.... So we went to other place.... My visit to Tezpur was amazing except this...
