KFC — Restaurant in Assam

This is a very genuine review for KfC Jorhat, I happened to visit this outlet while visiting my hometown, I would request KFC to delist this outlet as its degrading the name of KFC which is famous for its quality and good customer service. As I have been to KFC all over the world I would say this outlet was the worst outlet I came across, right from the beginning the lady who took order till I had the meal. First she was least bothered to answer any questions or suggesting anything, then abruptly she started talking to the next customer. Now after the order was placed of around 1200 INR, I told I would eat but let me tell you it was impossible for me to eat as there was lot of smell coming from the bathroom, there were flies inside the outlet. I told them I will take away and also let them know that I have never seen such dirty and filthy place to which they didn't pay any attention. Now the last part, when I came home to have my meal I found there were missing items like the dip and now I don't think I will ever visit any KFC outlet anywhere. Please take immediate action and question the workers of this...

Plenty of good reasons to quit going to KFC... especially this store....found strands of hair in the fried chicken which I handed over to the Serving staff who were really not interested in it...! They didn't even have a reply or an apology or something to say! Just too busy in deciphering whos hair is it based on texture and colour... I lost my cool when I found another strand in the next piece. Handed over the entire bucket and demanded a fresh bucket which they agreed upon. Found it very disgusting!!! Spoke to the manager...a young guy named Konwar who looked equally clueless and had nothing much to say!!! This is for kind attention for anyone interested in customer feedback - Not worth your money!!!! Go for a local brand. And higher ups kindly pay some attention to hygiene and ensure proper handling of food. I'll never set foot to this KFC not will I order online. I spoke to the nearby people and told them the fried chicken stock was contaminated with hair, they weren't interested either because all of them were delivery guys...I pitied the actual customers..😔 Will highlight the issue in other...

KFC Jorhat is by far the worst KFC outlet I have ever come across. The food quality is consistently pathetic and nowhere close to KFC’s standards. On top of that, delivery is a complete nightmare — even the smallest orders take over an hour to arrive, and this has become a repeated issue, not just a one-time incident.

If this wasn’t bad enough, the staff here are shockingly rude and completely unreasonable. When confronted about the late delivery or the poor food quality, they disconnect calls on your face rather than resolving the issue. They refuse to process refunds or replacements for the substandard food they themselves serve, showing absolutely no sense of responsibility or customer care.

Disgusting food, endless delays and outrageously rude staff — this outlet is a disgrace to the KFC brand. The worst KFC I’ve ever experienced. Strongly recommend avoiding this...
