Had a terrible experience today. The person(Nitu Bharali) in the cash counter behaved rudely with me when I gave him ₹500 for an eatable which I bought costing ₹85, he told me in a rude way that I have to give him change. I told him I will pay by gpay he said that is also not acceptable and told me to pay in change ,I told him again that I have only ₹50 and if it is not possible than I will leave the item. Then he said you can pay by gpay I refused to go by him now only for the reason that if he could accept gpay then why did he say at first it's not acceptable. Is this not an harassment to me. He told the person to unpack the eatable , This incident took place around noon and I think any business house should be ready with any amount of currency . The question is 1. Do the employer not instruct their employees how to treat their customers.? Its not that I had entered the shop at the very time it opened,. so by 12 o'clock certain things must have been sold. In conclusion I can only say that this very incident I wouldn't be facing if the employer had given them some basic instructions and moreover a business house should be ready the moment they will open the shop with different values of money or do you depend on the customers to bring the change , I hope no customer (s) in future will be facing the same behavior from the employee (s).It's high time some ethics...

Pathetic. Ordered a birthday cake of 2kg for my 8 year old daughter. I selected the cake from their menu but later on the day of delivery it was found the cake didnt match as the selected design.

These people are simply looting customers. The cake they prepared would hardly cost 2500 but they charged 5200/- .

My daughter is said to see the cake on her bday. This is bery sad how a brand as loyans is just bluffing customers. When the pirce of the cake is 5200 the quality and design should have been upto standard cause its not a small money.

All the stuff in the bakery is uneducated . They are working in the service industry they should be trained enough how to pack the cake at the time of delivery but my wife se herself guided the girl hw to pack. Simple opening a store in such a brand is a easy way the owner can earn lakhs of rupess frauding the customers snd their hard earned. Money never comes for free.

I want my money back if not full amount atleast 50% of what I have said. Absolutely hopeless and am shocked wanted to get the best cake in the town ended up choosing the worst.
