M Cafe — Restaurant in Assam

Just want to say that food was good but behaviour is all what we need... today it was the birthday of one of my friend...she had booked the food and table earlier and was also in contact frequently for the menus and all..but none of them ever said that outside food was not allowed nor was it mentioned in menus or on the restro...how would one know if it's not allowed basically its a thing one should be informed by the management. She brought some coke can for 10 of us and it was bought by her in front of their eyes but nobody said anything at that time...after the ordered food arrived the rude lady with all her fake english accent jumped over her and said everything one should not say on one's special day...we may have agreed that it was our fault but there is a way over everything...it was never mentioned...the lady said all those things pointing at the birthday girl in front of everyone...is that a way a literate women running a restro behaves...she may speak English but she can never succeed as a human.. nothing personal but hurting others on their special day is the worst one could do..she would have nicely said it to her but no...haha congratulations madam you loose today and God will surely give you your gift back...your business may be running quite good but you should not have ego for...

I have always seen this Cafe as I pass through the area. As soon as I went today I felt flvery calm and relaxing place . The ambience was very peaceful and classy. The menu was simple and price was moderate . The service was good . As I ordered the food was served quick . There were good Chinese options and good coffee and shakes option too . The Owner is very polite so were the staffs . More than 20 people seating capacity . Good for small gathering and parties. Washroom available .Roadside parking available . Outside seating and smoking zone available . Payment through cash card UPI available . Online order can be done in swiggy Zomato .Overall Good Experience and I strongly recommend as Level 9 Guide...

In one word 'pathethic'. The food is horrible. They gave us stale chicken. For service I want to give ratings in minus. We had to get up to the reception and ask for things multiple times and apart from that what they did was they asked us to give them the tray back when there was already food on it. Also I asked them to pack the remaining cake from our celebration (which we bought with us to the cafe), they packed only half of them and kept the remaining with themselves, which I got to know when I got back home. Really pathetic experience, they don't have half of the items in the menu. Just don't waste your money visiting here, there are many good cafes...
