Pure vegetarian restaurant famous for its unlimited Thali for a single payment. The menu changes daily and the food is served in thali style on a round steel plate with small steel bowls. The dishes generally include roti, rice, dal, vegetables, curry, chutney & papad. The food is simple, tasty and hygienic. The entrance of the restaurant is not good and the lane leading to the restaurant is very dark and narrow. However the restaurant is quite spacious and clean. Wooden tables and chairs have been provided for customers to enjoy their food. Service is prompt & the staff are friendly and polite. The manager is a good person and listens to the customers grievances. He collects the cash and enquires about the overall experience of the customers. Paid ₹120 for a thali. Breakfast is also available at a very reasonable price. Extra items are also available for the customers to enjoy. 100% vegetarian Rs 90/- Thali is unlimited and food is very tasty and it is like home . This is a Not a restaurant so interior is not good like other but Food was very good I would definitely reccomend this Bhojnalaya to everyone whoever visits this Bhojnalaya. I came here to guwahati from agra and we ate in sagar restaurant in paltan bazaar for almost Rs500/- 2 people and in shyam bhojnalaya same quality, better taste and unlimited quantity of food for at Rs180/- for 2 people.
