I had the pleasure of dining at Khusbu Restaurant recently, where I had the delightful experience of enjoying two of their popular dishes: Cheese Pav Bhaji and Masala Dosa. Let me share with you the wonderful culinary journey I had at this fantastic eatery.

As soon as I entered Khusbu Restaurant, the inviting aroma of spices and freshly cooked food greeted me. The place had a warm and vibrant ambiance, with cheerful staff members ready to assist me. I quickly found a comfortable spot and eagerly perused the menu, excited to try some of their famous dishes.

I started my meal with the Cheese Pav Bhaji, a popular Mumbai street food delicacy. As the plate arrived at my table, I couldn't help but admire the vibrant colors of the dish. The pav (soft bread rolls) were perfectly toasted and served alongside a generous serving of bhaji (a spiced vegetable curry).

With my first bite, the flavors exploded in my mouth. The bhaji was rich and packed with a medley of vegetables like potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers. The blend of spices was impeccable, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. What took this dish to the next level was the addition of melted cheese on top. The gooey, melted cheese added a creamy texture and a delightful twist to the classic dish.

Next, I eagerly awaited the arrival of the Masala Dosa, a South Indian delicacy known for its crispy texture and savory filling. When it finally arrived at my table, I was amazed by the sheer size of the dosa. It was beautifully golden and served with a variety of chutneys and sambar.

I tore off a piece of the dosa and dipped it into the accompanying chutneys. The first bite was a revelation. The dosa was perfectly crisp on the outside, while the inside had a soft and fluffy texture. The masala filling, made from a blend of mashed potatoes and spices, was bursting with flavors. The chutneys, ranging from coconut to tomato, added a delightful tang and complemented the dosa perfectly.

Throughout my meal, the attentive staff at Khusbu Restaurant ensured that I had everything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. The flavors, the quality of the ingredients, and the attention to detail truly showcased the restaurant's commitment to serving exceptional food.

In conclusion, my experience of dining at Khusbu Restaurant and savoring their Cheese Pav Bhaji and Masala Dosa was a culinary delight. The explosion of flavors, the perfect execution of the dishes, and the warm hospitality left a lasting impression on me. I would highly recommend Khusbu Restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable...

South Indian food like Dosa's and Idli's are ok to taste, there price is Justified considering he dining and ambiance.

But when it comes to North Indian foods Like Chole Bhature, etc ... Please Dont Go for it... Its priced like expensive restaurant but Taste is bad.... And the blunder is when you finish up ur chole and ask for extra Chole you are asked to pay more and to pay more you need to stop eating and 1st pay at the billing counter get the receipt and then you will be served...

My query is why pay more for extra serving of side dish when I already paid for 1 plate.

Worst service I have ever seen.

Secondly don't drink the in-house water their hygiene standard is very low they keep drinking water in open, Always pay for bottled water else...

This is the best South Indian restaurant in Guwahati. It's located at Fancy bazar jail road. It's a veg restaurant with lots of options available starting from pizza to South Indian dishes. The best dosas in Northeast pat of India are available here. The ambience is great, so is the service. I have been a monthly visitor to this restaurant for the past 11 years. Thanks to my wife who introduced me to this restaurant. Dosas are the favourite of my son. He just loves to go to Khushboo atleast once a month. The variety of dosas and other items are just awesome. Visit this place once and I am sure you are going to keep coming back whenever you get the chance. You will feel that your trip to Fancy Bazar is incomplete without a visit to...

Forget the food, the person in the counter has an expression of arrogance in his face, he speaks as if he is being benevolent on you. Even people who feed others for free do not display such attitude. Moreover, you have to go to the cash counter, place your order, pay upfront and then only they will prepare the food. While ordering the food, he will not speak and make you comfortable, but he just tells you to look into the white board. He may have a gamocha behind, but he sneers if you order your food in assamese language. Strange a group who is into hospitality business since decades has such an unwelcoming manager. Just compelled me to make it my last visit to Khusboo. Can't pay and take such complimentary arrogance and attitude with the food.

One of the oldest restaurants in Guwahati serving Dosa, Chola bhatura and other stuff. This place has been appeasing the taste buds of Guwahatians before the likes of JB's, Kiranshree, Makhan Bhog came into the foray. And the taste of every item here tells you why it has withstood time and has been standing tall and proud serving the netizens. For the newbies, when in Fancy bazaar give this place a try! There's usually a waiting time here, as it's mostly crowded. When inside, you need to order and pay at the counter first and then take a seat and wait to be served. Food is piping hot and fabulous, and you get second helping of sambar and chutney if you order Dosa! So Dosa lovers, go to Fancy bazar and grab a bite of dosa from this place.
