I had the pleasure of dining at Khusbu Restaurant recently, where I had the delightful experience of enjoying two of their popular dishes: Cheese Pav Bhaji and Masala Dosa. Let me share with you the wonderful culinary journey I had at this fantastic eatery.
As soon as I entered Khusbu Restaurant, the inviting aroma of spices and freshly cooked food greeted me. The place had a warm and vibrant ambiance, with cheerful staff members ready to assist me. I quickly found a comfortable spot and eagerly perused the menu, excited to try some of their famous dishes.
I started my meal with the Cheese Pav Bhaji, a popular Mumbai street food delicacy. As the plate arrived at my table, I couldn't help but admire the vibrant colors of the dish. The pav (soft bread rolls) were perfectly toasted and served alongside a generous serving of bhaji (a spiced vegetable curry).
With my first bite, the flavors exploded in my mouth. The bhaji was rich and packed with a medley of vegetables like potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers. The blend of spices was impeccable, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. What took this dish to the next level was the addition of melted cheese on top. The gooey, melted cheese added a creamy texture and a delightful twist to the classic dish.
Next, I eagerly awaited the arrival of the Masala Dosa, a South Indian delicacy known for its crispy texture and savory filling. When it finally arrived at my table, I was amazed by the sheer size of the dosa. It was beautifully golden and served with a variety of chutneys and sambar.
I tore off a piece of the dosa and dipped it into the accompanying chutneys. The first bite was a revelation. The dosa was perfectly crisp on the outside, while the inside had a soft and fluffy texture. The masala filling, made from a blend of mashed potatoes and spices, was bursting with flavors. The chutneys, ranging from coconut to tomato, added a delightful tang and complemented the dosa perfectly.
Throughout my meal, the attentive staff at Khusbu Restaurant ensured that I had everything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. The flavors, the quality of the ingredients, and the attention to detail truly showcased the restaurant's commitment to serving exceptional food.
In conclusion, my experience of dining at Khusbu Restaurant and savoring their Cheese Pav Bhaji and Masala Dosa was a culinary delight. The explosion of flavors, the perfect execution of the dishes, and the warm hospitality left a lasting impression on me. I would highly recommend Khusbu Restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable...

My query is why pay more for extra serving of side dish when I already paid for 1 plate.
