Today evening i visited the Restaurant and purchased some rasgulla, and I must say, it was the worst tasting rasgulla I have ever had in my entire life. The experience was extremely disappointing.

The rasgulla had a peculiar and unpleasant taste that was far from the authentic and sweet flavor I expected. The texture was also off, as it was overly dense and lacked the softness and sponginess that a good quality rasgulla should possess.

Located on the first floor above a sweet shop in the busy Gar Ali main road, this pure vegetarian restaurant offers a modest dining experience. While the sweet shop downstairs is well-stocked with tasty sweets, chaats, juices, and snacks, the restaurant upstairs has some room for improvement particularly in service, which felt a bit disorganized, possibly due to new staff. Service was very slow, our waiter even forgot what we ordered but at least he was polite while asking us. We have tasted chole kachori once it was very tasty and few sweets. Anguri malai matka was watery for ₹50, it wasn’t worth. Chinese bhel was okay, pav bhaji was ok, veg roll was overtly stuffed and soggy, food is ok not Great, u have better options in Jorhat.
