I recently ordered a birthday cake from 7th Heaven, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. I had heard good things about this bakery, but what we received was a complete disappointment and utterly unacceptable for a special occasion.

When we cut into the cake, we were shocked to find that it was almost entirely made of heavy, overly sweet cream with barely any actual cake inside. It was as if they had skimped on the cake layers altogether, leaving us with what felt like a giant mound of cream with a thin, almost invisible layer of cake buried somewhere underneath. The ratio was absurd—90% cream, 10% cake, if that. It was so excessive that it overpowered everything, making it impossible to enjoy what little cake there was.

The cream itself was another issue. It was thick, greasy, and overly rich, to the point where just a few bites made us feel sick. The flavor was cloying and artificial, completely masking any hint of the cake underneath. Instead of the light, fluffy, and flavorful dessert we were hoping for, we got something that was more like eating a bowl of sweetened butter.

To make matters worse, the cream wasn't even well-prepared. It had a dense, almost rubbery texture that made it difficult to cut through, let alone eat. It felt like no care or skill went into making this cake—it was just slapped together with an overwhelming amount of cream to cover up the lack of actual cake.

This cake from 7th Heaven was a complete failure. It was supposed to be the centerpiece of a birthday celebration, but instead, it became a running joke at the party for how awful it was. I’m deeply disappointed that a bakery with such a good reputation would serve something so poorly made. I wouldn’t recommend 7th Heaven to anyone looking for a quality cake. I have been ordering cakes from 7th Heaven for around four years, and each time they have exceeded my expectations. I order almost 5-6 customized cakes every year for various occasions, and they consistently deliver amazing results. The cakes are all eggless, and they don't use buttercream, which makes them a perfect choice for my family and friends. The taste is always delicious, the designs are creative and beautifully executed, and the customer service is exceptional. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or any special event, 7th Heaven never disappoints. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality keep me coming back every time.

Update (July 2025): Once again, 7th Heaven, JP Nagar impressed us with their craftsmanship! We ordered a custom-designed bear-shaped cake for a special occasion, and it was delivered exactly as envisioned — adorable, neat, and absolutely delicious (chocolate truffle with extra chocolate!). The outlet has three shops - sweets, icecream and cakes/ Snacks. Talking about the food we didn't try anything from sweet store but looked very tempting and yummy. Tried icecream and cake. Talking about the icecream they do have a wide range of flavours and they are very yum too. Would suggest you to take a sample icecream for tasting and then try the scoop definitely try the Black current icecream. Now talking about the cake got a strawberry cheese cake and butterscotch pastry. Strawberry cheese cake was not fresh tasted average would rate 6/10. But the butterscotch pastry was too bad. Would rate 2/10 It was almost spoilt and was giving a foul taste and cake was not even moist. Informed to the staffs regarding this they took the remaining piece off the counter. But didn't even get any response in return they almost didn't care . Overall experience was okay if you are going to have a cake some pastries may not be fresh that's what I want to say. But I guess their fresh cakes taste better. Atmosphere is cozy good place to chill....
