Recently, we had a deeply disappointing and concerning experience at your restaurant.

On our first visit, we ordered Mutton Chilli. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat was extremely poor — it was chewy, had a foul odor, and clearly seemed to be old or improperly stored. We brought this to your attention politely the next day, and you offered Chicken Kebab as a replacement, which we appreciated at the time.

However, things took a much worse turn when we found an insect inside the Chicken Kebab parcel. This is completely unacceptable. Finding an insect in food not only shows a lack of hygiene in the kitchen but also poses a serious health risk to customers.

We were shocked and highly disappointed. Such negligence damages customer trust and the reputation of your establishment, especially in a professional area like an IT hub where expectations of cleanliness and food safety...

Good they have opened the place during pandemic for techies who still come to office in manyatha.

But shocking that there is no sanitisers nor any social distancing followed inside the restaurant while ordering!!!

Got the grill combo the person in counter and the other staffs Wer wearing the mass for their chin but not to cover their mouth and nose !!!

No gloves used while serving food !!! Post corona this matters !!!

Coming to food the briyani rice and gravy Wer nice but the grill had issues !!! The grill chicken had no salt and it was not hot !!! To my surprise the chickens feather was still on the grill chicken marinated !!! Attaching the feather picture!!!
