To my utter surprise this is the worst experience I had

Yesterday I ordered butterscotch cake from HSR layout branch but unfortunately there was not even a single piece of butterscotch or even the butterscotch flavour in the cake

I hope this is not the first time we are having butterscotch cake with no butterscotch present in it not even 1%

We thought that it may be inside in the layers what are fortunately it was not there even how come butterscotch cake doesn't have any presence of butterscotch in it

Now it is something like that you say that is your standard to think and eat butterscotch cake why it is not butterscotch and just a vanilla cake

I ordered it for mother for her 60th birthday but we are surprised to see there was no presence of butterscotch anywhere I repeat anywhere in the cake this is really a worst experience

It spoil the entire mood of everyone leaving so many places local shops which are pretty good and they give butterscotch in the cake with presence is everywhere be it inside or outside

When we go to a shop like yours living all the shop in a hope that you will get the best but sometimes is really sad to see just in the sake of brand name name we get cheated

This is not a kind of experience anyone would expect and if you guys expect that in a butterscotch cake there will be no butterscotch which will feel in the mouth or flavour not taste butterscotch

Amma's Pastries used to be a Good place but this particular store in HSR layout has started to go bad. I went and purchased a cake for my cousin who is 4 years old. We bought a Six wonders cake. Usually cakes have a good finish but once we saw the final cake it felt like what we could have purchased from a roadside bakery for half the price. This was not the only part once we cut the cake we noticed that they have added random colors inside the cake. It looked nowhere near what they show in pictures .The colors look so dull you don't even feel like eating. The cake was dry and no one even wanted to finish the cake. I would have been ok if the look was not good if it tasted amazing. But here the looks and taste were bad. So my recommendation to people is that don't take the risk of buying cake from here. If you spend 200 more you will get better cakes at places like Just Bake. Or the same level of cake can be bought from a local bakery shop for half the price. 16-01-22... Had a 6 layer rainbow cake for the birthday of my kid. The cake was very good. Recommended. However would suggest walking to the shop and order. the staff is very helpful and courteous. Their online support is not upto the mark. Needed multiple follow up. Also since they are in cake business, they should have some default template of the most popular pictures cake which the customer can choose from. Delivery timelines has issues. Even after the due time, didn't get any confirmation phone call about the cake being ready for collection. Good thing that I hadn't opted for Dunzo. When we reached the shop after 15 min of the original delivery time, we still had to wait another 20 min for getting it ready. Since I didn't had any commitment of time, it was fine.
