I stopped liking AMMA's from this Padmanabhnagar outlet. The owner is a crack fellow who is rude rude and does not respect customers and their small requests. When asked for pure choco truffle 1KG cake without vanila cream design on it, he refused to accept the request so. what is the problem in giving a cake with Choco design looks pure chocolate cake? Very arogently says they cant do that vanila cream is must, this is how it is made in here in this shop. That was very much disappointing and dis-hertening. That proved that the carzy-owner/in-charge and cashier both were admant and this kind of attitude will soon bring their business down. However my comments are only with this outlet. I have been truly respected by other 3 outlets and given highest quality cakes as per my request and taste was awesome. I will never visit this Padmanbhnagar outlet ever..!!! you guys does not deserve anyrespect and business. My advise: Learn to respect the custoers and honor their small requests. Worst experience while ordering cake ever. They never deliver on time. Don't trust them when they say that the cake will be ready on the said date and time. Our daughter's birthday celebration got delayed only because of them. When we reached to get the cake at the specified time, it wasn't ready at all. We had to wait for more than an hour in the bakery to get the cake. They don't even deliver to your home. Also they don't prepare the cake as we want. They just say that the cakes will exactly be how we have specified but that's not the case. Pathetic is the finishing of the cake and they have changed the pink color to red. The manager, here is highly arrogant. He won't accept his mistake. Also the prices are also too exorbitant. Won't recommend this...

I had purchased cake and some other accessories on 13 nov . So when I took celery on 14 th Nov they gave only cake to my bro and not accessories. So when I visited next day and informed them that you had not given me the accessories and this is the bill. So they said give you number will check with manager and refund however still it's not done and I went 3 times however no response and very poor staff service they just blame each other and when I spoke to there manager he just argued and putting blame on me and raising voice at me .
