I strongly recommend you that never ever go for this Indiranagar Ammas. It's such a worst Ammas Cake shop, that their Owner don't even have sense of talking to the customers.

Never ever go for this indiranagra Ammas guys . Please save your money and time . But there is one cocky guy, seems owner over there. He has the biggest ego I've ever seen. You'd have to see/watch him to understand how cocky/arrogant he is but I'll do my best to describe him. He acts as if he owns the AMMAS PASTRIES. The way he behaved was really shameful. Such a dwarf! I have seen a few times this guy arguing with others in Shop Heard there are more incidents happened before like this. I will not recommend this AMMAS CAKE SHOP to anyone because of this person. Better to go some other Cake Shops than going ammas with this kind of ARROGANTLY CONCEITED PERSON.

The staff courtesy is not good in this branche. Only few branches they respond immediately and take actions immediately.

We had a very bad experience with Amma's Pastries recently. We had ordered a cake which did not get delivered at all. Not only that, we did not get any notification that the cake would not be delivered, they just stopped picking up our calls. After that, we had to continuously call Customer Care, who were rude and kept redirecting us to different people. Finally, they stopped picking up our calls and we had to visit the shop to get our refund. They were trying to redirect us again to Customer Care but we refused to leave until the issue was resolved. At the shop, we also learnt from a delivery agent that this shop routinely delays pick ups and he has had to wait for up to an hour for the delivery. When the staff overhead this conversation, they started behaving very arrogantly and abrasively with the delivery agent, knowing that he will not be able to speak back to them. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. Delivery agents' time is very valuable to them as they are paid per delivery. Very reasonable prices and fast service. Although the place is largely crowded, almost all of their chocolate cake items are fantastic tastes great (especially their chocolate truffle and mousse cake)! If you haven't placed any order before, they have a good variety of cakes which are ready to swallow want a freshly prepared cake in no time and the taste just finger licking, head to any of the branches of Amma pastry and get one. The staff is friendly, excellent customer service and the taste of the cakes is brilliantly amazing at an affordable price. The chocolate cakes are the best and they even customize pastry for birthday, wedding, party cakes as well.
