BLUOyster – Indiranagar A newbie in town that would leave an everlasting impression with its novel and exceptional seafood dishes. Ambiance -4.5/5 The light turquoise blue paired with white décor is pretty impressive, gives you a feel of cafes in Greece. The lighting is minimal and there is ample of scope of lighting coz of the glass panes on one side which I love the most. They have first floor as well which can be booked for a private party or conference for small group.Seating options are quite comfortable. Food – 5/5 In one word finest They have varied options in seafood and specialize in naïve dishes, continental fare and coastal cuisine too.

My Reccos when you are at BluOyster Oyster Rockefeller pair with Red wine sangria (They serve Kadu wine which is just class apart) This one is a showstopper If you love oysters then do give this one a try, I’m sure you would fall in love with this luxurious appetizer The dish is named as oyster Rockefeller after John.D.Rockfeller then wealthiest American for its extreme richness. It consists of oysters on the half shell topped with green sauce made with parsley and other herbs along with rich sauce of butter and some breadcrumbs, then it’s baked or boiled. The rock salt beneath it serves to hold the oyster’s level as they bake. It also helps to ensure the oysters are baked evenly. My first encounter was at Wright Brothers seafood restaurant in Kensington UK, after a long gap I get to see this beauty and I couldn’t hold my excitement. This one is remarkable loved it. Chicken roast – A dish that is grilled to perfection minimal use of spices that is accompanied with potato mash, grilled veggies. Must admit after a long time get to see a perfectly cooked chicken roast. (The best I had was in TheOldCustomsHouse Portsmouth UK) and this one here is pretty good. Cooked well and has subtle flavours Goan fish curry with Sanas is a must try – the slight tangy touch to goan curry with sanas is just divine. In vegetarian do try the – Honey chilli stuffed mushrooms – button mushrooms stuffed with spinach and cheese along with tinge of honey, served with sauce is a delight. Agilo eolio – simple spaghetti tossed with garlic, crushed chilies and butter sauce this one is just perfect In desserts Im impressed by the lemon tarte which has the light hint of lemon zest and is baked to perfection. Brownie and ice-cream is pretty good, loved the gooey texture of brownie Service – 4/5 The staff are dutiful and cheerful ones. They make sure that you would be contended at the end of your meal and leave home with a smile on your face. They are quite attentive and are always willing to do their best be it suggestions or customizing a dish they do understand what a customer needs and get it done. VFM – 5/5 The prices are pretty decent for the seafood offerings as compared to others in the vicinity. The ambiance scores high – blue and white décor interiors are something would impress one for sure. Be here during sunset and soak in with a glass of wine and your favorite seafood dish. Team Bluoyster wouldn’t leave even a minute mark that would leave you unhappy. They do their best. Will I return back yes of course without a second thought! Team Bluoyster you folks are simply amazing – right from food, service, attention to detail I’m pretty impressed will be back soon with family...

Located in heart of Indiranagar this place is paradise for all seafood lovers. This place is surprisingly serve a range of seafoods and their menu is well curated to satisfy all the seafood cravings. Heard a lot about this place and their speciality in sea food so decided to try out some of their signature dishes. Ambiance of this place is super cool and pleasant. Blue coloured decor and wall colour combination will give you a comforting meal over here.

We have tried several mocktails and all were pretty refreshing. Must try watermelon coolers and Kiwi mojito as both were perfect to quench your thirst.

Starters which we tried and are worth ordering other here

Chikkan sukka: dry Konkani chicken starter dish made using fresh chicken and lots of masalas. It was spicy and flavourful.

Baked Oyster: definitely a must recommended dish over here. These delicious oysters are baked with butter, cheese, garlic and lots herbs. It was creamy and smooth, taste delicious.

Corn cheese croquettes: crispy golden fried rolls made of mashed potatoes, sweet corn, and spices with a full cheese cube inside. It was yummy and cheese were oozing out after a bite.

Tandoori king prawns: They’re spicy, smoky, juicy and all things good, so get ready to fight over the last piece.

Grilled Prawns: smoky, grilled prawns perfectly combined with a glass of wine. one delectable seafood dish that you simply shouldn’t miss.

Mackerel Tawa Fry: relishing flavours, the appealing texture and the amazing aroma of Mackerel tawa fry is just mouth-watering.

Lobster: this was the star of the table, I never had such amazing and delicious lobster in Bangalore. Lobster shells are stuffed with cooked lobster in a creamy white wine sauce, then topped with Parmesan cheese. Worth ordering this amazing dish.

Till the time main course come we are almost full so tried few of their signature dishes:

Prawns curry with sannas: curry is creamy and lightly spiced. They served it with sannas (steamed fluffy and spongy rice cake which is similar to fermented idli) loved the combination and enjoyed it.

Fish curry, mutton chops with rice: mutton chops were tender juicy served hot. It tastes scrumptious and goes well with rice.

To complete our delicious and lovely dine in experience we lemon cheesecake which was the perfect dessert to end..

Overall, definitely a must recommended place to all seafood lovers. Courteous staff and gracious hospitality will definitely a plus point of this place. Will love to visit soon to try out some delicious...

Dhwani has two outlets in Bengaluru, Koramangala and Indiranagar. We went to the one in Indiranagar after hearing a lot about it on Instagram. The ambiance looks really nice and pretty however the place lacks cleanliness. There are numerous flies all over the tables and you cannot get rid of them, making it really hard to have a pleasant time. You have cigerrate buds all over on the ground, nobody bothered to clean it and the service is pathetically slow as well. No matter how long you wait, calling them, or evening placing the shout out cards, no one wants to attend you. We had the following while we were at Dhwani.

Raspberry Mojito was fresh and refreshing, although the syrup was used I guess it was not all that bad overall.

A to Z is one the many Dhwani Signature Cocktails available. There were quite a few that were not available in this section and so I had to choose this as my drink. It is a white rum drink mixed with selected fruit extracts.

The Tandoori Chicken Momos was one of the main reasons why we wanted to visit Dhwani. Disappointed that this dish turned out to be stale, the meat filling was not at all fresh and we just could not go ahead with this dish. You just cannot serve something like this to the customers.

Fiery Chicken had to be the best dish of the day. The wings like dish with chilli paste masala and some veggies was very tasty and filling.

The Indian Non-Veg Platter was massive. Two portions of biryani, with a portion of chicken gravy, and one roti. The gravy was delicious and spicy while the roti was soft and perfectly cooked. The biryani was tasty as well, with the taste of peas overwhelming everything else. This would be a perfect one course meal as you get few pieces of kebabs and papad as starters along with this platter. The chutney they provide to all the dishes are very diluted and has no taste.

Finally we ended our roller coaster ride at Dhwani with the continental main course, the chicken platter. The rice provided was tasty and well cooked, the chicken cubes were soft, the sauce provided was less and could have used another cup of this to make it more flavorful.

Finding a parking for a four wheeler is tough as there are no dedicated parking slots and there is no valet service as well. I would never return to a place like this where the service is really not good and the hygiene of the place is pathetic as well. I really hope the management changes a lot of things as it has potential to be a really good...
