Khan Saheb is one of my beloved places for street food. I have had most of their non veg rolls, from chicken reshmi, chicken tikka, chicken kalimirch, mutton sheek, bhuna, mutton baida roti, mutton tawa roti.. never veg.. wonder why.. If I have to choose top 3, it would be sheek roll, double chicken kalimirch roll and beda roti and also chicken tikka roll. I haven't tried kebabs on their own either, always as a roll. Wheat rotis taste damn good too. Hot and super moist/juicy/smoky meat covered in a hot and soft roti doused in chutney, chopped onion, cilantro.. heaven in every bite. Double meat is always better than normal. Be careful not to gobble down the roll, they tend to be piping hot. The baida/tawa rotis are pan fried which not a healthy choice, notheless full of flavour. Its like a deep fried quesadilla. They cut the roti in 4 portions and serve with red and green chutney along with a simple onion salad. I am yet to try their biryani... I only wish they served beef.. and so had a decent seating space to try their sit down and eat dishes.

After reading terrible reviews on zomato, ordered mutron kabab roll.. what can I say.. it was horrible.. 180 rupees you charge for a roll that tastes raw! The marinade wasn't cooked tnrough, it was raw. The mutton had tendons making it rubbery and chewy. No red chutney found in the roll.. the condiments were skimped unlike before... only the paratha tasted good.. absolute disappointment. We thought we eat to believe the reviews.. you don't do that mistake. Spend your...

Read moreWe thought it only to be a takeaway and were surprised that it also had a sitting area, more so like a hangout place for the youth. We ordered Chicken Kalimirch Tikka, Chicken Beda Roti & Chicken Bhuna with Pav. Chicken Kalimirch was quite delicious with soft tender chicken and had pepper very much in the right amount. Only drawback couple of pieces got extra burnt Beda roti was kind of the USP kind of stuff and was a minced masala chicken filled inside half fried parathas/Roti's (whatever you would wanna call them). The green pudina chutney as well as the red one with it were damn too good and only enhanced the taste of each food item. Chicken Bhuna wid Pav was equally delicious although somehow its chicken pieces felt to be...
