Nestled in the heart of Bangalore, Ananta Restaurant is a true gem for vegetarian food lovers. From the moment you step in, the ambiance strikes you with its tasteful decor, combining modern aesthetics with a cozy, welcoming vibe. It's the perfect setting for both casual dining and special occasions.
One of the standout features of Ananta is its extensive vegetarian menu. Whether you’re a fan of traditional Indian dishes or looking to explore something new, there's something for everyone. The highlight, of course, is their dosa, which is arguably one of the best in the city. Crisp, flavorful, and perfectly paired with a variety of chutneys and sambar, it’s a must-try.
In addition to the dosa, the restaurant offers a wide array of other vegetarian delicacies, ranging from spicy curries to refreshing salads and innovative desserts. Each dish is crafted with fresh ingredients and a lot of love, ensuring a burst of flavor in every bite.
The staff at Ananta deserve a special mention as well. They are attentive, friendly, and always ready to recommend dishes based on your preferences. The service is prompt, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, Ananta Restaurant is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy delicious vegetarian cuisine in a charming setting. It's definitely a place I'll be visiting...
Read moreWe visited today (Sunday 31st Aug25) Anantha restaurant at Mekhri circle for dinner at ~6.15 pm at the veg fine dining on 2nd floor. We were the first customers at fine dine area. We ordered appetizers, starters and main course, totalling to 11items in all. Manchow soup was salty, panipuri lacked flavour and all other dishes were average in taste. While their menu says the time for north indian dishes from 11am to 11pm, for north indian we had to wait for 30 min to get our main course since we landed at around 6.15pm checking the details on google and their menu card online. South indian dishes are shown as again 11am to 11pm, there was no coffee available. Totally lack of disciplines in terms of time and availability of the respective dishes and appropriate response from staff. AC was not working where we were seated. While the rate charged is quite premium, service and quality is not at all worth. Not recommended if you are looking for wholesome veg north indian...

I have never experienced this in any of the multi cuisine restaurant in my life. Based on the reviews in Google & the build up given I went there to celebrate my birthday but had a huge disappointment. I don't know what's so great in...
