This Hotel Was Started very Recently only - around January or February 2021. If Somebody Visit This-Thalassery Restaurant - Kothannur Branch( Near Vishal Mart ), There are some Noticeable things will immediately come to to know to any customer.

First Thing is There is Something Missing- and that is a Descent Well Experienced - Customer Care Oriented -Kerala Style Manager. If You Enter In to This Restaurant- From The Beginning onwards- we felt that there is not any Proper Manager.

Either There is not any Manager -OR- The Manager is not an experienced Person from Kerala. If The Owner Does not Hand Over This Hotel to a Right Person as Manager, The full Business will be spoiled gradually. Because This Hotel Doesn't know how to run a Kerala Hotel. 100 % Missing -receiving style and welcome style and Serving Style of a Kerala Restaurant. In your Dreams also You Can not Expect the – Friendliness of the Staff. Actually- They have given the Bangalore's Best Opportunity -in the hands of a wrong Person. Because, Better Than This, no Owner will get a Good Area to Run a Natural Kerala Restaurant. Because, After MG Road Area, Kothannur is The Vast and Very Nice Business Place with Very Good Customers and Very Good Natural Ambience.

Near by there , There is not ant Proper Famous - Neat and Clean - Kerala Restaurant. Some small Restaurants are there. But , All those hotels are not Very much neat and Clean.

In normal Bangalore - or - Maharashtra Hotels you can see in Bangalore, They Count the number of Rice to calculate Profit matching to Rice and Price and Quantity. But A Malayaali is a different Person in giving and taking. His Style itself in giving and taking is different. That is why he is a Malayaali. This Hotel is a Kerala Hotel but run in Kannada Administration Style or in the style of any other state. By first 2 Visit, You will stop visiting here for ever. If any, good and patient and adjustable customer also, they can not expect that customer more than 4 times. He will stop for ever.

If You are a Malayaali also, You Can not feel a warm and welcoming feel in this restaurant. They will serve food very very calculative way. You will feel that, the Manager is in a Pressure from the Owner to Expose the Profit he made with in a little time. OR- You will feel that ,.. there is a strict order always from the Manager to Make Everything Profit. Actually You will Get Irritated.

And Food Items Also,.. Different times different charges. If You are not Noticing enough, They will simply charge Rs.5 OR Rs.10 Extra with out any reason and with out any Hesitation. You want to quarrel OR You want to question them.

Finally You will feel Shy, feeling " Why there is a Kerala Hotel- Like This " Especially when we all were expecting a Thalassery Restaurant Branch -at Kothannur and we all were very glad when we heard that A Branch of Thalassery Restaurant is Coming at Kothannur.

Now a days - we don't visit This Thalassery Restaurant -Branch. But we visit some small kerala hoels here and there- even though they are not not...

Food is ok ok , service is too very bad. We ordered roti and egg masala and told the waiter we will need Biryani rice after the roti, our waiter vanished after sometime , then some other waiter came and we ordered rice and he said, no Biryani rice and only fried rice and jeera rice was there, then we ordered jeera rice , every where dal in a small cup is served with jeera rice, but here he took more than 20 min to prepare jeera rice alone and no dal also (can u imagine only jeera rice without side gravy/dal). Then we ordered apple juice, we didn’t get any until we got the bill but saw the juice included in the bill.. the waiters here are so lazy / irresponsible or whatever u call, the billing person is also another lazy guy who never responds or even apologise for their mistake. We left the food half eaten and came out, the waiters don’t come even you call them multiple times , though there are a lot of them . I don’t...

Staff are uneducated meaning they don’t know customer service dont know how to talk to customer and if there is any problem how to deal with it. I had ordered chicken chettinad and i have ordered chicken chettinad 100 times and they give me incorrect order when reached home saw it was a different item i had to go back to hotel as they refused to resolve it over the call and went to hotel all the way they smile and give that dirty laugh and take the wrong order to the kitchen n come back with same thing telling this is chettinad kerela style like seriously i told them i have had from your restaurant multiple times but still they deny n tell this is what it is and give same thing and send away. They dont even know to talk politely and apart from Malyalam i believe they dont know any other language. This is bangalore above all its india and if you are running a restaurant you should know basic english or hindi...
