To, Udupi Aathithya hotel Owner/Manager. I request you to change cashier person idiot Pramoda from that cashier post because on dated 09th June 2024 we visited to your hotel in the morning and ordered breakfast food in cash counter and went to service desk with token and their only one person was struggling to serve food by taking tokens it made a rush and he was not taking first who came with token randomly he serving then I went to Cashier and told him to add another one person in serving desk to clear rush for that this IDIOT PRAMODA CASHIER of your hotel spoked very rudely and he was not having common sense to speak politely to customers and he angryly told me (ಆಗೋಲ್ಲ ಇರೋದು ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ನಿಂಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಇನ್ನೋಬಾನ ಸರ್ವ್ ಮಾಡೋಕೆ ಕಳ್ಸೋಕೆ ಆಗೋಲ್ಲ ಬೇಕಾದ್ರೆ ಕಾಯಿರಿ ಇಲ್ಲಾಂದ್ರೆ ಟೋಕನ್ ಕೊಡು ದುಡ್ಡು ವಾಪಾಸ್ ತಗೊಂಡು ಹೋಗ್ರಿ ಬೇರೆ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ಗೆ ಅಂತ ದುರಹಂಕಾರದಿಂದ ನಂಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡಿದಾ) so this is not the first time before this also he was quarreling and rudely arguing with another customer when I was about to order food by that time by looking after cashier rudeness some customer went off like that itself without ordering anything, by this ur hotel will loose regular customers and random customer for walking into your hotel u might close your hotel if it because of PRAMODA... I talked to your hotel incharge person about this he told that he will talk to him about this... And another fact I asked a few members of your hotel about pramoda few were hesitated to talk about pramoda one of the person told me he is like mental the customer will ask me why ur cashier is like this and all so when I heard about this he is rude with all and same complaint come from customers.... so I'm reviewing on this incident.... I kindly requesting the UDUPI AATHITHYA HOTEL management to take him back from Cashier Post and make him to clean plates and floor cleaning for this house keeping job also he is unfit. And he is useless & unfit for any kind of Hotel Jobs... And rather than this cashier incident, The food was good coffee tea badammilk was good taste was superb plz maintain...

Had been to Udupi Aatithya party hall to attend small function. There is closed space for two wheelers to park inside the premises. However, if you plan on taking four wheeler, one cannot park in the entire stretch as the road is narrow. The party hall is situated at first floor and the dining at second floor. The Party hall is spacious too accommodate small upto 100-150. Accessibly for elders and senior citizens is easy as they do have elevator. Regarding the service, staffs are not customer friendly, when asked for something, they do question asking for the reason. For instance I had requested them to change the banana leaf which was not good. I didn’t like the way they responded. Regarding services, they pretend to serve food only when the host is present in dining hall, else they don’t serve properly. Good is good, they tend to serve food as quick as possible, which isn’t good when kids are having good.

Except the service, others are good. They need to improve on customer...
