I recently visited Beijing Bites at the Kanakapura location, having previously enjoyed a meal at their JP Nagar location. While the staff were friendly, I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the food. We ordered mainly egg and vegetarian dishes, but found that all of the dishes were somewhat bland and lacking in flavor. We wondered if the chef might have been tired, as we arrived late in the evening, and perhaps forgot to add certain ingredients. While the food was not bad per se, it definitely did not live up to our previous experience at the JP Nagar location. Overall, I would recommend visiting Beijing Bites at their other locations, but perhaps give the Kanakapura location a miss unless they can improve the quality of...

Pathetic Customer Service and ultra lousy Management. They lack basic etiquettes and mannerism. The so called Service Manager - Santhosh is a joker and a complete misfit to the Outlet. One has to wonder, for what role has he been hired for. He shreds off his responsibilities like a used tissue paper.

Their licences should be seized and forfeited with immediate effect. They are playing with human life and risking lives of the customers with such horrible food...
