Worst staff I have ever seen . I had went to that shop and asked him for the cake I had shown. Thean with the beard said select the cake that I will send u I can't do such cakes u have shown anta . I was like ok fyn and then seclected on in which he shown . I told him that I want the cake at 10or 10 30 when I went to him and asked him he was like what can I do . There is a traffic. He has not left the yalahanka factory itself and when we call the driver who supplies the cake he uses such a shabby language with the costomers. Literally the cakes cost all over was 7200 but he took extra 700 for delivering to the party hall near the shop . And the cake colour the used was the local colour that when we eat the cream our theeth were got colour. The worst cake shop ever seen. Its better to demolished that shop worst staff worst...

It’s one thing to make bad cakes & completely another to not send what was promised.

We made on order for one kg litchi cake (customer code 5b2d21d39ba96) to be delivered at 6:30. When it did not reach I called your number to be informed that you have not received any litchis today!! ( seriously? How is that my problem?)

As a replacement, your shop on Kanakapura Road sent me an ugly looking & a disgusting lower priced broken butterscotch cake. Honestly it tasted exactly like it looked. Repulsive!!

I’m never ordering from you again! You are a very disappointing organisation & you ruined my party.

Worst thing, I made a mistake in ordering birthday cake for my daughter. They don't know the value of time and no coordination within the people working at this place. When called to collect cake they told me to come at 9: 30 am and now it's 11 am still waiting worst experience ever. The place is also shabby not clean. The person who ordered the cake 3 days back 16-1-2020 came and took the cake at 9:30 am and I had ordered the cake on 9-1-2020 and still waiting at 11 am leaving all the things and guests in house. Thank you JUST BAKE for making our day JUST...

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Just Bake Cake, Kanakapura road. The cake delivered was expired and spoiled (bottom of the cake expired date mentioned). During the ceremony, as usual, we served the cake to our guests. However, many of them mentioned that it was spoiled. It was such an embarrassing moment for us, having to apologize to our guests. I am truly disappointed with this service. Best before 19th March cake was delivered on 20th March 8:30PM

Perfect Cake.. I had ordered Red Velvet Heart shaped cake from Just bake kanakpura Bangalore. They asked if I have any design in mind so they can replicate it. I forwarded the design to them. The final result of cake which delivered was absolutely gorgeous 😍. I loved its beauty , taste was amazingly delicious. Just bake cakes have good quality & quantity. Thanks to Mr. Nandu for assistance.

The brand just bake is something all we know. Let's talk about this specific outlet. Limited options for cakes if we need them immediately. They deliver on time. If we goto pick up cakes, they do not have a carry bag option, a big turn off. Overall not bad..!!!
