A nightmare of a venue — dishonest, mismanaged, and shockingly overpriced.

We booked this hall for our engagement function, and it was one of the worst decisions we’ve ever made. After paying the advance, the manager vanished — no calls answered, no updates, no accountability. We had to chase down someone else just to get basic arrangements in place.

On the day of the event, they casually informed us that the speakers weren’t working. We had to scramble and spend ₹4000 out of pocket to arrange sound at the last minute. The two rooms they provided were also chargeable — something they conveniently failed to mention earlier.

They don’t allow outside decorators and force you to use their in-house vendor, whose rates are absurd. It’s clear there’s a commission racket between the hall and the decorator — a blatant money grab disguised as policy.

Cleanliness was appalling. With a bar attached, the washrooms and parking area were filthy and neglected — completely unacceptable for a family function.

But the biggest shock came with the billing. Our agreed amount was ₹80,000. We were slapped with a final food bill of ₹1,60,000 — double the agreed price — thanks to their inflated guest count and hidden charges. And just when we thought it was over, they added a surprise 5% tax that was never disclosed.
